  The water-based cleansing power is incredibly good. Mascara, eyeliner, and lipstick are easily removed, so I don't have to bother using a separate lip and eye makeup remover on days when I'm too tired to do a full cleansing routine...haha And while I'm not sure if it's a highly irritating product, it works well for me.

  It was way, way, way too irritating. I thought my skin was thick and strong enough that most cosmetics would be fine, but this product changed my mind. It was so painful. To the point of tears. It was okay at first, but the more I used it, the more I felt the irritation on my skin. It stung like alcohol on a wound. My eyes were burning and my skin was irritated. My skin became so sensitive, it was a struggle. After using this product, I've barely used cleansing water since.

  The water works great for me - I just soak a cotton pad and it removes my makeup really well. Except for the eye area, it gently and effectively removes everything without any irritation. At first, I was skeptical since it's just water, but it only takes a few pads to completely remove my makeup.

  There is a slight stinging sensation around my eyes 😢 Since it's just water, I would recommend using an eye makeup remover for the eye area.
