Considering purchasing! 👉Texture/Scent Perfectly fragrance-free with a translucent texture. It's not a runny ampoule that drips when applied, but rather a thick, non-flowing texture. 👉Oil-Water Balance Despite its viscous texture, it surprisingly doesn't feel oily at all. I'd say it feels like 90% hydration, 10% oil. Personally, I prefer getting oil from creams rather than ampoules, so I liked this. 👍Hydration Usually, brightening ampoules tend to be drying, but this one wasn't at all, even for dry skin. However, it doesn't have that instant burst of hydration like watery or gel-type products. Instead, it has a rich, enveloping feel similar to propolis ampoules. Those with very oily skin might find it a bit heavy outside of winter. 👍Soothing Effect Despite containing 10% niacinamide, a high concentration of functional ingredients, it wasn't irritating at all. In fact, it calmed down the sensitive areas on my cheeks. I was initially worried because it contains so many active ingredients like niacinamide, vitamin C, other antioxidants, adenosine, and callus cultured extract. There was only a slight tingling when I first used it, but no irritation after that. It even helped reduce blemishes on my right cheek and improved redness! 👍Pore Elasticity My skin is particularly vulnerable to heat aging, causing my cheek pores to open up even after sleeping with just a light blanket. But since using this ampoule, while my pores still open, it's not as extreme as before. It seems the pores have gained some elasticity. 👉Brightening Function Since the review period wasn't very long, I can't say much about its core functions of brightening and anti-aging after just a week of use.
Cons✅Texture Improvement Effect Unfortunately, I didn't see any improvement in skin texture, which is one of this ampoule's highlighted features. In fact, for the first few days, the small bumps in my T-zone got worse... They settled down after a few days, returning to normal, but I saw no texture improvement at all. ✅Eye Irritation Perhaps due to the high concentration of niacinamide, I felt a slight stinging in my eyes. Even though I didn't apply it around my eyes, only up to the top of my cheeks, my eyes felt a bit irritated. It was fine after absorption and applying cream, but those with sensitive eyes should be cautious! Be extra careful not to get it in your eyes! ✅Finish Due to its thick texture, the finish isn't super clean. It feels sticky and leaves a residue until it's fully absorbed. So I just let it absorb a bit and then cover it with cream. ✅Value for Money? The price of over 40,000 won for just 30ml is quite steep. Initially, I had no intention of repurchasing, but writing this review has changed my mind a bit. Usually, I layer a hyaluronic acid ampoule over brightening ampoules because they tend to be drying, and I use a watery ampoule before firming ampoules as they're often oily. However, this ampoule is truly all-in-one, covering hydration, soothing, and functionality. So using this alone or using two separate ampoules ends up costing about the same. If I see effects on brightening and dark spots with continued use, I'd consider purchasing it.
