I've been using this product every year. It has a matte finish but absorbs well and isn't irritating, which I really appreciate. The staying power isn't very long, so if you have dry skin, you'll need to reapply frequently. - Hwahae UserDry SkinDec 7, 2021
This is my beloved lip balm. I've been using it consistently since seeing it win first place in a Get It Beauty blind test. It absorbs well, leaving my lips moisturized, and I love that it's fragrance-free. The hydration lasts longer than most other products I've tried. The reason I deducted one point is because it contains phenoxyethanol, which I don't think is appropriate for a lip balm. I understand it might be unavoidable in lip products, but it's still disappointing. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinFeb 27, 2021
As someone who's always been a fan of Uriage, this lip balm has become my second favorite! It's a worthy alternative, almost as good as Uriage. It applies smoothly without feeling greasy. The best part? It's more budget-friendly than Uriage! I can't think of any downsides. In my opinion, it's an excellent lip balm. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 24, 2020
This is incredibly moisturizing! I bought a set of three Bioderma products on Coupang, but they seemed fake as the effect disappeared right after application ;; I was just getting by with those, but I needed a daily lip balm, so I bought this cheaply on Coupang for about 5,000 won. This one seems like it'll be great to use. Just a quick swipe and you can feel how well it absorbs and its excellent hydration. It's like they've turned Vaseline into a stick form?? The excessive packaging is off the charts... There's only one lip balm inside, please consider the environment and use smaller packaging... The box was so big I thought there might be something else in there.. You can get it at a great price if you buy it on Coupang! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJun 21, 2020
This is the only lip balm I've used twice and stocked up on a third. It's non-irritating and absorbs well, so when I apply it before bed, I wake up with all my dead skin cells on my lips completely gone. Since using Dr. Belmeur's lip balm, my lips never have a chance to get dry. There's not really anything to complain about, but if I had to pick one thing, it's that the balm softens and gets mushy quickly on hot days. Apart from that, it's fantastic. When you apply Dr. Belmeur lip balm and then layer tint or lipstick over it, your lips feel less dry and the color looks softer. If you have a lot of dead skin cells on your lips, apply a generous amount before bed, and you'll wake up to smooth lips. I highly recommend it for those with super sensitive skin. The price point is a bit high, but it's great to buy during sales. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 29, 2020
I can confidently say this is the best lip balm I've ever used. It glides on smoothly without feeling too greasy or heavy on the lips. There's no uncomfortable residue or thick, suffocating layer left behind. It's truly dedicated to hydration and gently softens dead skin cells. While the staying power isn't extremely long-lasting, it's certainly sufficient. As a bonus, it's fragrance-free, which is perfect for those who prefer products without strong scents. Due to its soft texture, you might find yourself using it up rather quickly. The regular price of 8000 won is a bit on the pricier side, but it's a great buy when it's on sale. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 19, 2020
The design is pretty and it applies smoothly. It's a standard lip balm, not overly hydrating. The product has a slightly milky white appearance. While the moisturizing effect isn't particularly remarkable, those with frequently chapped lips might need to apply it often. It's not bad, but it feels like a downgraded version of Laneige. I'd like to give it 3.5 stars, but since I can't give 4, I'm settling for 3. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 2, 2020
It absorbs smoothly, provides excellent hydration, and has impressive staying power - apply before bed and wake up with moisturized lips! Being colorless, fragrance-free, and flavorless, it's a universally appealing lip balm that everyone can enjoy. At 8000 won, it's a bit pricey for a lip balm. However, it's definitely worth the investment. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 2, 2019
I discovered this lip balm through Get It Beauty. It absorbs well and is unscented, focusing on the essentials. As someone who applies lip balm habitually 24/7, 365 days a year, ingredients are crucial to me. I started using this after seeing it ranked #1 on Get It Beauty, without checking the ingredients. While writing this review, I looked them up and was quite shocked. There are quite a few ingredients I'd rather avoid based on my standards. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 20, 2019
I really appreciate how gentle it is. The absorption is good, and it's moisturizing without being sticky. I also love that it's fragrance-free. It's on the pricier side, and it doesn't seem to go on sale often. Personally, I'm not a fan of the slanted cut of the lip balm. Given the soft texture, applying it along the slanted edge causes it to shift to one side. Lastly, the packaging is disappointing. For just one lip balm, there's a cardboard backing and plastic wrap... it produces a lot of waste. Let's reduce our waste. Because the lip balm tends to shift to one side, use it sparingly by twisting up only a small amount at a time.
