I really like that I can manage my scalp and hair all at once. I can apply it directly to my scalp and massage it in, rolling it well, and then rinse it off to leave my hair feeling soft and nice.

First of all, I have frizzy and damaged hair, so I absolutely have to use a treatment to make it manageable. One of the great things I noticed right away when using Aveda was the refreshing and invigorating feeling. The fragrance from the salon treatment was also quite pleasant, though I know scents can be subjective. Personally, I really enjoyed the herbal aroma. It also seemed to help tame my curls.
