It's the best. It feels clean and oil-free as it rinses off. My scalp feels refreshed and the itchiness has greatly diminished. Highly recommended for oily and seborrheic skin types.

I currently reside in the United States and purchased this product 3 months ago due to hair loss. Previously, I had bought 2 highly-rated hair loss shampoos from Amazon, such as Art Naturals, but after using them for about 2 weeks, I experienced a painful sensation as if my hair was falling out. My hair also seemed to be shedding more. (It seems the product did not suit my Korean scalp.) So, while searching, I came across Avalon Biotin and saw some reviews mentioning its lower cleansing power, which led me to look into Pureology. I had also seen the Pureology brand displayed at the Park Seung-cheol hair salon in Korea a few times. After using Pureology, I experienced no scalp discomfort at all. While my hair did shed a bit, it was similar to my pre-hair loss shedding. The cleansing power is also not bad. Although my scalp did not see drastic improvements, I did not experience any buildup or issues after using the product. The product may not necessarily make my hair grow more, but I feel it has helped stop the progression of my hair loss.
Cons
Personally, I think this product is much better than the hair loss shampoos sold in Korean markets. However, the downside is that while it reduces hair shedding, my hair has become thinner and weaker. As a characteristic of hair loss shampoos, it is necessary to use a conditioner together, as the hair can feel stiff without it when rinsing. Additionally, the product quantity is relatively low considering the price. I'm considering trying a hair treatment next time, but the hair treatment seems to be the most expensive part.

I have a sensitive scalp, but this product has eliminated my oily scalp, itchiness, and breakouts. My hair also doesn't fall out anymore. When I massage my scalp with the lathering formula, it feels so refreshing and invigorating, even relieving my stress. I highly recommend this shampoo for the scalp.
Cons
This product is suitable for oily, sensitive scalps. If used on a dry scalp, it may cause further dryness.
Tip
If you use this daily and your scalp feels too dry, try using the Folmichel Lemon Sage shampoo for a day. Lather it well and let it sit for 3-5 minutes for best results.

It removes excess oil. It prevents hair odor. It stops itchiness. Even though it's more expensive, it's worth it compared to other shampoos that make my hair feel itchy and smelly.
Cons
After rinsing, my hair feels stiff, so I have to use a conditioner.

Use it twice a week instead of daily. If you use it every day, the refreshing sensation goes away (haha).
