It feels clean and oil-free as it rinses off. My scalp feels refreshed and the itchiness has greatly diminished. Highly recommended for oily and seborrheic skin types.
ConsMy hair has become stiff, so a conditioner or treatment is essential.
TipAfter shampooing, it's best not to rinse it off immediately, but to leave it on for a while.

Especially, the scent is not too strong, so it feels clean and fresh. And I think the menthol? ingredient made my scalp feel cool and refreshing.
ConsWhen water flows on your face, it feels as refreshing as shampooing your face!

The tea tree scent is noticeable, and it feels cool from the moment the lather reaches your hair.
ConsThe ingredients are disappointing. While it's unrealistic to expect a fully natural shampoo, there are as many as 7 harmful ingredients.

It's summer and my hair was getting really oily, so I needed a strong shampoo. After using it, the scalp inflammation has also subsided.
ConsThe peppermint oil and tea tree oil are the problem. As soon as I apply it to my scalp, it feels so cool that it's almost cold. When washing my hair, I'd like to leave the shampoo on for a few minutes, but it keeps running down and getting in my eyes, so I have to rinse it off right away. Though it doesn't actually get in my eyes. My eyes have become very irritated and dry. Can they please not put peppermint and tea tree in oily hair products?! Dealing with sensitive, oily hair is a nightmare. I can only hope to find a non-irritating shampoo for oily hair.
TipRinse it off quickly before it gets in your eyes.

Interestingly, it was the same product I had used when I was studying in the US and getting my haircuts at the Paul Mitchell school. At the time, it was the perfect product for using in the summer. It gave a refreshingly cool feeling that helped reduce scalp heat. After using it, I felt invigorated, and most importantly, the cleansing power was excellent.
ConsI was shocked to find that it contained sulfate ingredients. When the salon recommended it, they said it was a natural product, and I knew Paul Mitchell to be a somewhat reputable brand, so I was quite disappointed. I used it consistently after returning home, but that was the catalyst for me to eventually switch products. The price difference between the US and here is also quite significant. That's why I remember ordering it directly through imports.
TipIf you let the shampoo sit on your scalp for 5-10 minutes while massaging, you can get an even more refreshing and cooling sensation. However, the ingredients aren't the best, so you need to be careful and rinse it out thoroughly. The rating is a bit high, as I was just going off the great experience I had at the time, without fully considering the ingredient profile. It was just that satisfying of a product back then.
