While treatment is important, choosing the right daily shampoo is crucial, so I've tried various options. Currently, I'm alternating between Folten's shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis and Nizoral shampoo. It's important to use a shampoo with antifungal effects, but since you can't use strong shampoos like Nizoral daily, a gentler option for everyday use is necessary. Folten is suitable for daily use. After using it, I don't experience itchiness, and oil production is manageable. Compared to the men's line in the Folten shampoo range, I like that this one produces a richer lather.

Double shampooing can help you reduce the amount of shampoo you use.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the price and scent. It's quite expensive for a shampoo brand, and the fragrance reminds me of the smell in barbershops.

I've always had severe seborrheic dermatitis, which caused many blemishes. This led to touching my scalp and scabs forming. When I visited the hair salon, they would point out bald patches, making me worry about potential hair loss.

After washing my hair in the morning, it would become greasy by 3-4 PM.

✔️For the first two weeks (14 days), I used Folten shampoo daily.

For the first 3 days, I used a small amount and found it didn't lather well, so I started using more.

On the 4th day, I tried double shampooing. One day, I used Folten shampoo first, rinsed, then used it again. The next day, I lightly rinsed with a regular shampoo before using Folten.

✔️Surprisingly, my hair didn't feel stripped after using Folten shampoo. After double shampooing, I was able to use an appropriate amount without overdoing it.

✔️The large blemishes started to shrink noticeably, even when touched. While the dramatic initial effects lessened over time as the blemishes became smaller, no new ones appeared. After about a month of use, they've all disappeared.
