Pros
These days, my skin has been so dry that it's crazy, but this product keeps it so moisturized without any stickiness! Most importantly, it has improved my skin texture and seems to be really effective against blemishes - it's amazing. I think the cream has helped balance my oil and moisture levels, because my skin looks noticeably clearer since I switched creams. I'm loving it!

Pros
It was genuinely good..!! My face was turned upside down due to the cosmetic ingredients, but when I washed my face, it felt dry and taut...Even though I applied various creams, they felt burdensome or drying, and I was particularly troubled by the acne. After using this cream, my troubled skin, redness, and especially the acne have improved significantly. So it was always comfortable to apply. And in my opinion, the texture was not too thin or too rich, but just right to provide adequate moisture.
Cons
I didn't have this issue, but the product may have a mixed reception due to its drying nature. However, if you adjust the amount you use, I think even combination/dry skin types can use it well!!
Tip
If you feel dryness after cleansing and using toner or serum, I recommend applying this.

Pros
When used when the skin becomes rough, it really becomes smooth and soft. I've been applying it a lot in the winter when my hands get severely cracked, and if I apply it at night before bed, my skin becomes moisturized the next day. After a dermatological laser treatment on my face, when skin troubles arose, using this helped calm them down. I highly recommend it!!
Cons
The only downside is that the volume is small and it's a bit pricey, but other than that, it's great.

Pros
This product worked really well for me. Using it along with the cica ampoule, the effects were great. My acne scars have also improved a lot. Haha.
Cons
It's a bit superficial in the summer.. But other than that, it's all good.
Tip
It's good to apply it after absorbing the ampoule.

Pros
As I have sensitive skin, I sometimes experience facial irritation when using certain products. However, I found that using the Isoi Cica Ampoule helped soothe my skin, so I decided to try the cream as well. ❣ It has a calming effect on troubled skin. ❣ It is formulated with good ingredients. ❣ It applies smoothly and leaves a healthy glow on the face. ❣ It is not too heavy or too light for dry areas, and it works well with the ampoule, especially during seasonal changes and winter.

😥 Personally, I found the ampoule alone to be effective, so I'm not sure if using the cream in addition provided any synergistic benefits. In fact, it sometimes led to the appearance of small bumps in my T-zone, which was more manageable when I just used the Cica ampoule. 😥 It doesn't fully replenish deep hydration. For drier areas, I had to apply the Cica ampoule in multiple layers and then use the cream to alleviate the dryness. 😥 During use, I still experienced occasional breakouts triggered by factors such as cleansing oils, waters, mask-wearing, and weather changes. The barrier-strengthening effects of the ampoule and cream seem to be limited. 😥 The price is not particularly affordable.
Tip

The Chicago Cream seemed to really suit my skin. The redness has disappeared, though not completely. And when I applied it thickly and slept, the milia acne also subsided a lot and my skin became smoother. Definitely!
Cons
