Pros
Unlike other cica creams, this one applies smoothly and doesn't feel thick or sticky. I didn't experience any breakouts either.

Pros
I have dry atopic skin. I didn't apply it to my face, and the hospital-prescribed cream and medication were not refreshing, but my atopic dermatitis has been flaring up on my arms and legs lately, so I tried various things, and this worked the best for me. I remember hearing somewhere that the cica ingredient is good for atopic dermatitis, so I tried it, and the redness has subsided a lot, and the skin damage and turtle-like skin caused by scratching due to atopic dermatitis have recovered quickly. (I'm not sure if it's visible in the photo though 😢) Now, only scars remain, and this is the first time my recovery has been this fast. I've used other creams with cica ingredients before, and they seemed fine for a day or two, but then got bad again, but I've been using this for over 2 weeks now, and it's still working well. With the weather getting more humid and hotter these days, this level of effectiveness is the best for me. The scent is a subtle herb and lemon, which is fine since it dissipates quickly.

I ordered the green ampoule along with the sample after seeing that the redness on my face had subsided significantly.

The redness seems to subside temporarily. After using it for about a week, I think I need to use it for a bit longer to see the full effects. As someone with dry skin, I find this product to be too oily and drying. I have to apply a moisturizer on top, which makes it feel heavy and stuffy. Sensitive, soothing cream? None of the products in the range were suitable for me. The cream that I found met all the claims it made - (skin irritation, redness, soothing the troubled area) it addressed them all. My skin was really irritated and I was receiving treatment, but I don't know what didn't agree with me, my face was itchy and bumpy and in a mess. The moment I applied it, my skin calmed down!! The moment I applied it, the itchiness and burning sensation immediately subsided and my skin felt so comfortable 😭😭 I applied it in the evening and by the next day, my skin had significantly calmed down. Ah... this is my holy grail soothing product ♡♡♡ It has saved me so many times when I was in a hurry.
