Pros
I use this every time the seasons change and my skin gets irritated. It has a great soothing effect and works well with makeup. It also helps a lot with redness. It's quite absorbent.

It was genuinely good..!! My face was turned upside down due to the cosmetic ingredients, but when I washed my face, it felt dry and taut...Even though I applied various creams, they felt burdensome or drying, and I was particularly troubled by the acne. After using this cream, my troubled skin, redness, and especially the acne have improved significantly. So it was always comfortable to apply. And in my opinion, the texture was not too thin or too rich, but just right to provide adequate moisture.
Cons
I didn't have this issue, but the product may have a mixed reception due to its drying nature. However, if you adjust the amount you use, I think even combination/dry skin types can use it well!!

However, I found that using the Isoi Cica Ampoule helped soothe my skin, so I decided to try the cream as well. ❣ It has a calming effect on troubled skin. ❣ It is formulated with good ingredients. ❣ It applies smoothly and leaves a healthy glow on the face. ❣ It is not too heavy or too light for dry areas, and it works well with the ampoule, especially during seasonal changes and winter.

😥 Personally, I found the ampoule alone to be effective, so I'm not sure if using the cream in addition provided any synergistic benefits. In fact, it sometimes led to the appearance of small bumps in my T-zone, which was more manageable when I just used the Cica ampoule. 😥 It doesn't fully replenish deep hydration. For drier areas, I had to apply the Cica ampoule in multiple layers and then use the cream to alleviate the dryness. 😥 During use, I still experienced occasional breakouts triggered by factors such as cleansing oils, waters, mask-wearing, and weather changes. The barrier-strengthening effects of the ampoule and cream seem to be limited. 😥 The price is not particularly affordable.

My skin doesn't get flipped over anymore ㅠㅜㅠ I used to only use gel creams because rich creams would make my skin flip over and get dry, but this one is great. I tried the sample of the serum from the same line and immediately bought the full-size product. At first, the finish felt a bit like sunscreen and I had a sense of a film on my skin, which felt stuffy. But when I applied it with a light, coating-like touch, it was fine for my combination skin~

The product surprisingly performed well. When my skin was irritated or inflamed, applying it would soothe it, so I switched over to the Bulgarian line.

I have sensitive skin (especially sensitive to fine dust and seasonal changes in the environment). My skin barrier is much thinner than the average person's. So my skin can flip from good to bad and vice versa in a single day. The redness was cleared in just 2 weeks (Combination + Oily + Sensitive) After using the product incorrectly once, my skin became completely flipped and extremely sensitive. I tried applying the redness cream, but it didn't improve and my makeup started peeling off and flaking. But now, after 2 weeks of using this product, the redness is gone!! I tried the sample and liked the feel, so I bought it and the redness has disappeared and my skin feels a bit lighter, it's really great!

I've been consistently using the large sample I received when purchasing the ampoule. I've tried many famous soothing creams and regenerative creams, but I haven't found a single product that I really liked. They were all too heavy, sticky, and had an excessive oily feel, so my skin would improve but then suddenly become overproductive with oil, causing it to flip back and forth. However, this product has oil in it, but it also has a lot of moisture. Applying it feels just like putting on a regular moisturizer, which surprised me.
