I was excited because mugwort works well for my skin, and this product seemed to contain a lot of it. The consistency was just right - it didn't drip and caused minimal irritation. With ingredients like mugwort, tea tree, green tea, and spicules, it felt like I was applying pure nature to my skin, which was really satisfying. My complexion seemed clearer, and it was a great mood booster too!
ConsBeing a peel-off mask, I noticed my skin felt slightly dry during the drying process.

When washing it off, I can definitely feel my skin becoming softer. After use, my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. The exfoliation is so gentle, I barely feel any irritation! The texture is like a thick, homemade paste made from crushed tea leaves, so it doesn't drip or slide off. Applying it with the included spatula is easy and convenient! Love that I don't have to get my hands messy. It dries quickly and rinses off easily. The tube packaging is hygienic.
ConsThe scent is a bit strong - it's like an herbal mugwort smell that makes you think it must be effective...
TipSince my skin tends to break out if I leave masks on for more than 10 minutes, I find it convenient to apply this before brushing my teeth and wash it off after.

It comes with a brush, making application a breeze. 2) While you can't visibly see the dead skin cells being removed, after using the mask, your skin feels incredibly soft and smooth. 3) It's less irritating than I expected. I once had a bad reaction to a spicule product, so I was a bit worried. However, this one didn't sting or cause any adverse reactions. Of course, frequent use might be irritating, but for an exfoliating product, it's relatively gentle, which I appreciate. 4) The scent might be hit or miss for some, but as someone who loves tea tree and herbal scents, I really enjoyed it!
ConsWhile it's not too harsh on the skin, being an exfoliating product, there was a slight redness after use, like a mild flush. It might be too much for daily use, but once a week should be perfect.

It adheres well without sliding off, providing excellent adhesion. As it removes dead skin cells, my skin felt softer and smoother after use, and makeup applied beautifully. I think it would be great to use on important mornings. Overall, I was very satisfied as it left my skin texture feeling refined.
ConsThe strong scent of seaweed or mugwort might be uncomfortable for those sensitive to fragrances. I found the smell a bit overwhelming when I first used it.
TipApply an appropriate amount, avoiding areas with blemishes or wounds. After using the mask, your skin might feel tight, so be sure to apply your regular skincare products.

It's slightly more fluid than the Lush 'Shrek' mask, but it won't drip unless your face is wet. 🌱Scent - It has a strong herbal medicine smell! I don't mind the scent of traditional herbs, but this one is quite potent. Those sensitive to smells or who dislike herbal scents might find it challenging. 🌱Application - I was worried about irritation due to the micro-spicules, but it wasn't too uncomfortable! There's a slight warming sensation, but it's milder than other masks with cooling effects. If you didn't know about the spicules, you might not even notice them. However, be sure to avoid the eye area when applying, as the spicules can be harmful if they get into your eyes! 🌱Post-use - I use it while showering and rinse it off. The mask doesn't dissolve, so it can make the bathroom floor a bit messy. It washes off cleanly without leaving residue on the face. After use, my skin felt incredibly soft and smooth. Before, my makeup was flaking due to dead skin cells, but after using the mask, my makeup applied flawlessly! I'll likely use this often when showering before important days.
ConsYou need to use more product than expected when applying to the face. Those who dislike herbal scents might have strong opinions about the fragrance.
TipIt's easier to apply if you squeeze the mask onto a brush and then apply it to your face!

I occasionally go to salons for peeling treatments, but with this, I might not need to anymore. When I gently massage it on damp skin, it removes dead skin cells and gives a refreshing sensation. What's even better is that it feels like both a peeling treatment and a mask in one. The advantage is that you can do both steps together by applying it as a mask first, then adding water to scrub. It comes with a brush for mask application, but it's convenient enough to apply with your hands. The texture isn't runny, so you can just massage it in with your fingers, which is easier. I find using the brush a bit of a hassle since you have to clean it afterwards.
ConsThe downside is the appearance and scent... The fragrance is a mix of mugwort rice cake and herbal medicine smells. At first, it smells like a traditional medicine shop, which made me go 'Huh?', but if you keep sniffing, you'll notice a subtle mugwort scent. It's not exactly a pleasant fragrance, but it seems like it would be good for the skin...
