I bought this because Wakemake is so famous and I wanted to try their matte lip product. I used only these for my lip makeup when going for a matte look. True to its name, it's really matte, so you need to take care of your lips while applying it. Otherwise, it can emphasize dead skin cells and make touch-ups difficult. The colors seem to come out beautifully. The case is pretty too, which makes me feel good when carrying it around.

I bought this because it was advertised as a deep undertone base lip color, but on my naturally bluish-tinted lips, it appeared quite cool-toned.

It's a subtle, muted pink with a slight gray undertone that would be perfect for those with light undertones. The application is smooth, and despite being a matte formula, it fills in lip lines nicely. I loved that it didn't feel heavy or suffocating on the lips.
