Many I've bought ended up unused. Organic filters would cause redness and blemishes on my cheeks, while mineral ones would make my mouth corners itchy or my chin tingle. I'd often end up removing the sunscreen right after applying it. After trying nearly 40 samples and giving up, I noticed dark spots and pigmentation appearing, probably due to increased time outdoors. That's when I decided to search for a better product and found this one. The three best things about it are: 1. Hydration 2. Pink brightening effect 3. No irritation Being a hybrid sunscreen, I was initially hesitant. I had sworn off organic filters and wasn't even considering hybrids. But I decided to test it, and wow... I was amazed that it didn't cause any itching even after an hour. The hydrating formula seems to be the key. Plus, the pink tone-up effect suits my cool complexion perfectly. Only after about 4 hours did I notice some dryness on my cheeks, which tend to be very dry. The application is a breeze - it spreads easily even when applied hastily with fingers, making it perfect for rushed mornings.
ConsThe downsides are: 1. Amount + Price 2. Coverage 3. Disappointing oil control The quantity is way too small for the price - it feels almost wicked. Also, if used alone without additional hydrating products, even with its moisturizing properties, it can feel dry. On oily areas like the nose and chin, it has poor staying power and less coverage compared to other areas. The coverage is minimal - it's truly just a brightening moisturizer. It only slightly evens out minor imperfections.

It even provides a slight brightening effect, which is great!
ConsWhile it evens out the skin tone, it doesn't provide much coverage. You'll need to follow up with additional products for full coverage.

The hydration level is similar for both. They don't tend to flake off, except for a bit around the mouth. The rest of the face has a nice glow. My skin doesn't feel itchy, just comfortable. The Rosy color corrects around the mouth, making the complexion look brighter and more even. However, the Tinted version gives a more natural look.
ConsThe coverage is minimal. And it washes off way too easily with water, unfortunately.
TipMy skin is somewhere between combination and combination dehydrated. I think I'll only be able to use this during winter.

It's incredibly gentle and I'm loving it! The price is great too. It applies so smoothly and feels incredibly hydrating. You can't even tell you're wearing sunscreen! It also blends seamlessly under cushion foundation.
ConsThe coverage might be slightly less than Lancôme's, but that's the only downside I can think of!

The complexion is naturally brightened.
ConsIt's a bit disappointing that it's just a simple brightening moisturizer and doesn't cover blemishes.

Cons- It doesn't provide any coverage at all. - The brightening effect is a bit disappointing. It only slightly evens skin tone. - After about 3-4 hours, oil starts to appear around the nose area. - While the ingredients list could be better, it didn't cause any blemishes to appear.

This sunscreen applies smoothly and feels hydrating. It's not a thick consistency, but rather a bit runny. With PA+++ and SPF50+, it seems perfect for summer use. The color has a slightly pinker tint than in the photo, but it naturally brightens your complexion when applied. As you can see on the left side of the photo, it gives a natural glow and makes the skin look radiant. The scent is typical cosmetic fragrance - not particularly pleasant, but it dissipates quickly so it's not bothersome. The tube packaging with a tiny opening makes it easy to control the amount. It doesn't transfer onto masks! With masks being essential these days due to COVID, foundation often leaves stains, but this sunscreen stays put and looks clean. As someone who prefers products with a slight brightening effect, this is exactly the sunscreen I've been looking for! It applies well and gives a natural radiance, making it great for students too!
ConsWhile it feels moisturizing at first, oil tends to surface around the nose area after a while. So you might need to apply powder after the sunscreen. Although it's a tinted sunscreen, don't expect much coverage. The ingredients list is disappointing! I don't have particularly sensitive skin so I didn't experience any blemishes, but those with sensitive skin should definitely check the ingredients. The price is a bit high for the amount you get, which is unfortunate.
TipI'm not a fan of heavy makeup and prefer to apply foundation thinly. This brightening moisturizer works great as a base, and then I just apply a thin layer of foundation where I need extra coverage.

As a former acne sufferer, I have enlarged pores all over my face. After years of using harsh foam cleansers, my skin became extremely sensitive with severe redness. I'm a 30-something mom with these skin concerns. I started using this product on April 6th, right after receiving it. Recently, I've been switching to low pH skincare and skin regeneration lines to address my redness, which has been gradually improving. However, finding a suitable sunscreen for my skin type was incredibly challenging. I use mostly La Roche-Posay products for my skincare routine, and this product, which also provides a slight brightening effect, is perfect for these mask-wearing times - no need for additional cushion foundation. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I love how moisturizing this product is. Unlike other sunscreens that make my skin feel tight over time, requiring reapplication after cleansing or misting, this one keeps my skin feeling comfortable if I've properly hydrated beforehand. It doesn't cause excessive oiliness as time passes. I can simply blot away any excess oil with blotting paper and lightly pat on some cushion foundation for a perfect finish. I highly recommend this for those with combination dehydrated, sensitive, redness-prone skin who want a light brightening effect with sun protection.
ConsWhile it doesn't provide significant brightening, it gives a natural-looking effect. As it's a brightening moisturizer, it doesn't offer coverage. For areas needing more coverage, I found using concealer worked well. Alternatively, after application, you can lightly blot away excess oil with blotting paper and pat on some cushion foundation for an effortless daily makeup look.

It's the type where makeup applies well with just a good base routine. Occasionally, I struggle with deep dryness. I have a few blemishes that need a thin layer of concealer. 1. Application ★★★★ It feels different from typical sunscreens. Not too thick or too runny, it spreads like an emulsion. I absolutely love this! 2. Cleanliness ★★★★★ The tube design with a narrow opening prevents over-dispensing. You can squeeze it directly onto your face without worry. Perfect for controlled application! 3. Brightening ★ Being for warm tones, I couldn't feel any brightening effect. It's just like applying an emulsion. However, it doesn't make skin look dull or leave a white cast, so I'm listing it as a positive. 4. Hydration ★★★★ As mentioned, it's emulsion-like. Not super hydrating, but moisturizing enough for pre-makeup application. 5. Portability ★★★★★ The size is perfect - not too big and fits in one hand. Easy to carry around. 6. Oil Control ★★★★ Unlike many sunscreens that can be too oily, this one doesn't cause any issues. No excess oil production later. It's great. > Overall ★★★★ Since I started using this product, I also switched my cushion foundation, so I'm not sure which is responsible, but my makeup has been looking great lately! My skin has a subtle glow too. Overall, I found this product to be quite good! While it does contain some potentially harmful ingredients, if your skin isn't particularly sensitive or in a delicate state, you should be able to use it without major issues.
ConsIt has zero coverage. Honestly, I've never expected coverage from sunscreen or brightening moisturizer, so it doesn't bother me. However, for a product that claims to have 'coverage', it really doesn't deliver at all.
TipSince it doesn't provide any brightening effect, I use a separate brightening moisturizer. I apply the 'Innisfree Cherry Blossom Tone Up Cream'. It layers well without feeling heavy or suffocating.

While it has a typical sunscreen texture, it spreads easily. • For those who remember the strong scent of sunscreens from the 80s and 90s, this one feels almost unscented (I have allergies so the scent seemed mild to me, but those with sensitivity might notice it slightly) • When applied thinly in layers, it doesn't transfer heavily onto tissues!
Cons• The warm tone doesn't provide a brightening effect, unfortunately. • Without sufficient hydration, it can slightly emphasize wrinkles or clump a bit! • There's no coverage to speak of!
TipIt's perfect for quick trips, commuting, or when using a semi-matte foundation! I have acne scars and redness, but I prefer not to layer my skin heavily and don't focus much on coverage. If you like lightweight formulas, it's worth grabbing during a sale! It's a trusted choice for those with super sensitive skin.
