There's a slight white cast initially, but it naturally sinks in after a short while. It's perfect for carrying around and reapplying on-the-go.
ConsThe initial white cast limits how much you can apply at once. There's some pilling when you try to layer it.
TipI think it works best when applied in thin layers and reapplied frequently throughout the day while carrying it with you.

I'm currently using my fifth refill and will definitely buy more!
ConsThere's a bit of white cast and pilling. It really depends on your skin type - those with super sensitive skin might experience some irritation.

I only use this during summer!
ConsSometimes it pills when I apply makeup over it. When it's hot, the product inside the compact tends to melt...

ConsAfter a while, it pills badly, lifts off the skin, and leaves a severe white cast.
TipMake sure to pat it in thoroughly.

Packaging and Case I love that this product comes with both the main container and a refill, as sunscreen is something we use frequently and in large quantities. The case opens smoothly and has a nice grip. 2. Puff The puff is my absolute favorite! Unlike other products with thin, hard puffs that I rarely use, this one is soft and squishy. It seems to puff up slightly when applying the product, perhaps due to the moistness of the formula, which makes application even easier. 3. Brightening and Coverage While I didn't expect extraordinary brightening or coverage from a sun cushion, the mint-colored cream in the formula helps cover redness. It brightens the skin tone naturally without making it look ashy, making it perfect for a light application when going out. 4. Application This product has a moisturizing formula that spreads easily even on my dry skin. After application, my skin doesn't feel tight or develop dead skin cells, which is great. It also seems to produce less oil compared to other sun cushions. 5. Texture The formula melts into the skin upon contact, making it even easier to apply smoothly. I've tried many sun cushions, but this one stands out as one of the best. I'm considering repurchasing it when I run out!
Cons1. Transfer and Pilling While it could be due to my thorough skincare routine, the moisturizing formula does tend to transfer and pill. It can feel sticky at times and lacks staying power, which is disappointing. I'm worried it might run off with sweat in summer. I noticed it disappears where it rubs against my bangs and mask. 2. Dust This is unavoidable with the cushion format, but dust tends to stick to the product. I find myself repeatedly opening the compact, dabbing the product, closing it, and then applying. 3. Personal Opinion I was disappointed that I couldn't feel the cooling effect this product claims to have.
TipFor a more natural look, try applying a small amount to the center of your forehead and cheeks, then blend outwards. Also, I found that using minimal skincare products underneath helps prevent pilling, as an overly moisturized base can cause the product to slide around more.

I had high hopes for it due to its practicality and versatility, and I wasn't disappointed when I tried it. When applied, it not only provides a refreshing cooling effect but also serves as a tone-evening step in my skincare routine. The texture is delightfully moisturizing and firm, which I'm really pleased with. The value for money is excellent, and the packaging is attractive too. I had been wanting to try it, and luckily I was selected as a Hwahae Tester. It felt like a gift from heaven! I would definitely purchase this with my own money. My mom's go-to compact used to be from AGE 20's, but after I tried a bit and liked it, I let her have it. She was so thrilled she started dancing with joy!
ConsAs this is my first sun compact, I'm not quite sure about it yet. If I had to nitpick, maybe it's that when I press too hard trying to apply a lot, it gets a bit too moist and pills?
TipI've tried various brightening products before and was skeptical about their UV protection capabilities. This sun compact, however, not only provides sun protection but also evens out the skin tone, so you can skip the brightening moisturizer step. It's a lighter, more efficient option that's good for both your skin and your wallet.

The best thing about using this product is its long-lasting sun protection. With just one application, it provides UV defense for over 10 hours - perfect for those like me who struggle to touch up their makeup once they're out. It also offers a slight brightening effect, which is great for the current times. I just use this product and dab a bit of concealer on any blemishes. My skin feels much lighter and more comfortable compared to when I use foundation. On a personal note, Age Twenty's reputation for excellent cushions holds true - the cushion puff is thick and soft, making each application a pleasant experience!
ConsThere weren't many downsides, but as with any compact product, controlling the amount is key. If you apply too much, those who wear makeup might experience some pilling.
TipWhile it's not exactly a pro tip, when using this product, it's best to press the cushion puff gently into your skin and then pat to finish. This method should give you the best results!
