The scent may be divisive to some. It does contain exfoliating ingredients, but you can't really feel them. I'm not sure why, but I broke out a bit after using this. Since it's practically the same as the Hwahae 100 Toner, you really need to check carefully before buying. I mistakenly bought this thinking it was the 100 Toner, and I've just been using this one.

The milk toner seems to have a genuinely fragrant milk scent. It has adequate moisturizing and good spreadability. Judging from the presence of exfoliating ingredients, it seems suitable for use as a toner pad.

I bought this after watching a recommendation video by YouTube's Director Pi, and it's perfect for my dry skin. The snot-like texture has great absorption and application. I've been using it for about 3 weeks, and I haven't experienced any blemishes. For those with extremely dry skin like mine, water-based toners absorb too quickly and dry out fast, so I highly recommend this snot-textured toner!

When your skin is severely dehydrated, saturate a cotton pad with this toner and leave it on your skin. You'll feel deeply hydrated in no time.

There's honestly nothing to criticize about the packaging, texture, ingredients, or effectiveness. It's truly my ultimate toner.

When your skin is super sensitive, you might feel a slight tingling sensation when using this...! Also, the scent is a bit unpleasant.

In winter, I apply three layers of the Milk Peel Toner, followed by two layers of the Wellage Hyaluronic Acid Ampoule, and finish with the Wellage Moisturizing Cream. My skin feels as smooth as a peeled egg! However, in the dead of winter, it can still feel a bit dry, so I top it off with Aestura cream for perfect hydration.

I haven't found any downsides yet! However, for summer use, a more liquid formula might be better suited.

Apply this light, water-like toner twice, let it absorb, then gently pat it on.

For someone with super sensitive, oily skin like me, it occasionally felt a bit tingly. However, using it every 2-3 days turned out to be perfect! It's ideal for sensitive skin like mine that even finds pharmacy products too harsh.

Apply this lightweight, water-like toner after drying your face and before applying cream! I found it especially beneficial when my skin was acting up.

This is the best toner I've ever used - I'm on my Nth bottle! Highly recommended for those who hate dry and sticky skin.

Keep in mind that the consistency isn't suitable for use as an exfoliating toner.

This applies not only to this product but to most hyaluronic acid products - using too much can actually cause blemishes. I once applied a lot at once, and my skin became itchy, flaky, and it was a disaster.

As long as you stick to the recommended amount, this toner is gentle enough for sensitive skin. The price is also quite reasonable.
