The scent may be divisive to some. It does contain exfoliating ingredients, but you can't really feel them. I'm not sure why, but I broke out a bit after using this. Since it's practically the same as the Hwahae 100 Toner, you really need to check carefully before buying. I mistakenly bought this thinking it was the 100 Toner, and I've just been using this one.

The milk toner seems to have a genuinely fragrant milk scent. It has adequate moisturizing and good spreadability. Judging from the presence of exfoliating ingredients, it seems suitable for use as a toner pad.

This toner is suitable for both hydrating and exfoliating. I use it morning and night as a hydrating toner, and every other day as an exfoliating toner to help remove dead skin cells.

I bought this after watching a recommendation video by YouTube's Director Pi, and it's perfect for my dry skin. The snot-like texture has great absorption and application. I've been using it for about 3 weeks, and I haven't experienced any blemishes. For those with extremely dry skin like mine, water-based toners absorb too quickly and dry out fast, so I highly recommend this snot-textured toner!

When your skin is severely dehydrated, saturate a cotton pad with this toner and leave it on your skin. You'll feel deeply hydrated in no time.

There's honestly nothing to criticize about the packaging, texture, ingredients, or effectiveness. It's truly my ultimate toner.

This milky toner? It's my absolute favorite among cream toners and my top pick from Wellage. I've been using it for at least 5-6 years, even before the repackaging when it came in smaller bottles. When your skin is super sensitive, you might feel a slight tingling sensation when using this...! Also, the scent is a bit unpleasant.

This product really helped solve my deep dryness issues!! I used to layer multiple hydrating products, but I'm so incredibly satisfied with this...!

In winter, I apply three layers of the Milk Peel Toner, followed by two layers of the Wellage Hyaluronic Acid Ampoule, and finish with the Wellage Moisturizing Cream. My skin feels as smooth as a peeled egg! However, in the dead of winter, it can still feel a bit dry, so I top it off with Aestura cream for perfect hydration.

I haven't found any downsides yet! However, for summer use, a more liquid formula might be better suited.

There's nothing particularly disappointing about these products. At first, I thought the amount might be small, but as I've been using them, I realize it's actually quite sufficient.

This is my top recommendation for oily, combination dehydrated, sensitive, and super reactive skin that breaks out in contact dermatitis and tiny bumps from almost anything! I don't recommend daily use, but rather every 2-3 days. It's great for when your skin feels too heavy for cream after morning cleansing! Apply this light, water-like toner twice, let it absorb, then gently pat it on.

For someone with super sensitive, oily skin like me, it occasionally felt a bit tingly. However, using it every 2-3 days turned out to be perfect! It's ideal for sensitive skin like mine that even finds pharmacy products too harsh.

Apply this lightweight, water-like toner after drying your face and before applying cream! I found it especially beneficial when my skin was acting up.

Is there a travel-size version available? Please make more products like this!

This is the best toner I've ever used - I'm on my Nth bottle! Highly recommended for those who hate dry and sticky skin.
