Pros
I have sensitive, dry skin! The Bioderma Intensive Balm worked well for me, so I also tried a gel cream for the summer. The texture has no oiliness at all, just a moisturizing feel. It's hydrating, but might be a bit drying on its own...? It would be a good, soothing option for oily skin types! It's gentle and doesn't irritate my skin at all!
Cons
When I apply it to my face, I get more of a surface-level feel rather than a sense of absorption. It also feels quite sticky, so hair and dust tend to cling to it. I'm not sure if it's due to poor absorption, but it just keeps getting pushed out. When I apply lotion, it comes off in clumps, like when you wash off a mask. I even tried it on my body, but the constant pushing out sensation made me have to shower again...
