Here's my review after trying several Bioderma creams. The biggest advantage is that it definitely reduces facial heat! After applying it all over my face and letting it absorb, when I touch my cheeks, I feel a pleasant coolness. As the heat in my face goes down, the dryness also relatively decreases, which I'm really satisfied with! It's great for light application, so even my boyfriend, who hates sticky products, is using it enthusiastically.
Cons
It pills. That's why it lost a star. It pills so much that it's practically unusable before applying makeup.

Applying it feels like a body emulsion, but it's inconsistent - some areas feel fresh while others are thick and pilling, leaving a sticky residue. But let's be real, we don't apply body lotion with the same precision as facial coverage, using spatulas or sponges for even application... This is absolutely not suitable for body use. Even tiny amounts can feel sticky and pill. As for facial use... I haven't tried, so I can't say.

I actually bought this to use on my face during winter, but it worked wonders on my heels! They were all dry and flaky, but after applying it for a few days, my heels became as soft as morning buns. It seems to strengthen the skin barrier well in areas with a lot of dead skin cells. It was also a lifesaver for chapped hands in winter. I'd recommend using it on the back of your hands rather than the palms.

If you have combination dehydrated skin with an oily surface but dry underneath, avoid using this on your face at all costs! It won't penetrate the oily layer and will clog your pores, causing blemishes. In winter, if you notice flaking during makeup application, apply a tiny amount over your makeup.
