  Pros

  I definitely felt this was great to apply before bed. The texture was pleasant, and it gave a real sense of deep hydration. What's more, I loved that it didn't feel greasy at all.

  Cons

  After application, if I rubbed my skin or applied makeup, it would pill like powder. So I'd recommend not using it at all before putting on makeup.

  Pros

  No greasiness or stickiness! A few seconds after application, you can't even tell you've applied an emulsion. It has a cooling effect that's refreshing and seems to have a calming effect too. Above all, it definitely feels gentle on the skin.

  Cons

  It might be a bit drying for winter use, and if you apply too much, you might occasionally notice some white residue pilling on the skin :(

  I tested this at Olive Young and found it to be a hydrating gel with almost no rich feeling. The texture is slightly thick like honey, which I think provides both a fresh and lasting moisturizing effect. I appreciate that it's fragrance-free, as I love natural aromas but dislike artificial scents.

  Cons

  With continued use, I realized it might not be suitable for facial skin. The thick consistency doesn't absorb well, making it difficult to apply makeup. It's actually marketed for face and body use, but I feel the skin absorption is lacking for facial application.

  Tip

  Now I'm only using it on my body. Even as a body emulsion, it's just okay - I'm not particularly satisfied with it.
