Pros
I trust and use this brand that was previously prescribed a lot for acne-prone skin at the dermatology clinic. It has a fluid-like texture with a slight medicinal scent, but it's not too strong. My acne has definitely decreased and my oiliness has reduced as well! It's good for oily skin. I used it when my acne was severe, then stopped for a while, and now I'm using it again as my acne has worsened recently. While it doesn't dramatically clear up my acne, it prevents new breakouts, so I'm going to keep using it consistently.

Attention, all you wise people⭐! I am truly, truly a genius, you know~! Even if I just do my evening skincare routine of cleansing and applying a toner before bed, my skin is still oily the next day~! I used to use the Effaclar line H, but the new K(+) just came out, so I bought and tried this, and it's a hit. It's really effective for blemishes~! Even if I just apply a toner and essence, my skin doesn't get too oily~it's moisturizing. It's great for oil control without major breakouts👍. The scent is almost fragrance-free! The texture is like clear water, and you just need to shake it before use. I used to be a skincare nomad, but I'm settling down with the La Roche-Posay Effaclar K+ line!! I'm already on my second bottle.

The only downside is that it's a bit pricey.

I have a sensitive skin type and don't have severe acne, but the ingredients that clog pores cause small, bumpy acne to appear!
