  My skin's oiliness has noticeably decreased. It feels a bit dry after application, so a hydrating moisturizer is definitely a must.

  After applying, I experience some dryness, which leads me to use more moisturizer than usual.

  Pros

  I've been using the Effaclar toner for oily skin even before its renewal, and when my sister tried the new version and said it was great, I decided to buy it too. I can't really tell the difference from the previous formula, but it's good enough to use consistently as my go-to toner.

  Cons

  Even if you have oily skin, this can be a bit drying... That's why I also apply moisturizer after using it.
