Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin with excess oil The best part was how well it absorbs! I loved that it finished with a fresh feel without any stickiness. It's almost fragrance-free and has a consistency similar to a runny nose drop.
ConsThose with oily skin might find it a bit too rich. While it does finish with a fresh feel, perhaps due to its oil content, it felt slightly heavy for my combination dehydrated skin to use in summer. Since it's only been 2 weeks, I can't really comment on its brightening effects...
TipFor those with combination dehydrated or oily skin, I recommend applying this in the evening before bed rather than in the morning or during the day!

Most recently used Beplain Cicaful 2. Overall impression: Immediately smooths skin texture and slightly brightens complexion, but causes irritation and increases oiliness. Disappointed that the drawbacks outweigh the benefits for my skin. Absorption and application: Considering it's a serum, the absorption and application are quite good! It absorbs well when patted in and doesn't leave a sticky finish. Brightening effect: Like all brightening products, it didn't dramatically change my skin from shade 23 to 21, but it did have an instant brightening and clarifying effect. Niacinamide is a vitamin B ingredient recognized by the FDA for its brightening properties, and 5% is considered a high concentration for over-the-counter cosmetics! I'd like to use it more consistently to see the long-term brightening effects. Fragrance: While those with sensitive skin should be cautious due to added fragrance, I'm not particularly sensitive to it! In fact, I prefer cosmetics with a pleasant scent. The fresh, lemony, and slightly herbal fragrance seems to enhance the expectation of the brightening effect.
ConsTingling sensation: Whether due to the niacinamide or not, it stung quite a bit when first applied, though I gradually got used to it. Apart from this tingling irritation, there were no other issues like increased blemishes. Dropper doesn't reach the bottom: As shown in the photo, the dropper can't draw up all the product, which is a bit inconvenient. Oiliness: This product quickly increases skin oiliness, making it difficult to apply makeup over it. I mainly used it at night and occasionally during the day when I wasn't wearing makeup.

From my perspective, there wasn't anything I found disappointing. Here's what I loved: 1. The dropper makes it hygienic and easy to apply just the right amount to your face. 2. Unlike some serums that feel heavy and greasy, making daily use a chore, the Niacinamide Bright Ampoule absorbs quickly and feels light, encouraging me to use it every day. 3. It had a noticeable soothing effect on my skin and helped clear up my complexion.
ConsWhile it worked well for my dry skin, even with the ampoule, those with oily skin might find it too rich and potentially trigger blemishes!
TipLately, my face has been feeling warm, so I've been layering products. I start with an aloe soothing gel, let it absorb well, then apply this ampoule, and finish with a moisturizer!

This product contains green tea, centella, chamomile, and panthenol, which definitely seem to have a soothing effect. I usually break out during my period every month, but surprisingly, nothing happened when I used this during that time - it was amazing! I don't usually apply emulsion or cream separately, only using cream on extremely dry days and finishing with essence or ampoule. However, this product is so hydrating that you might not need a separate cream! It suits my skin perfectly, so I'm planning to repurchase when I finish this bottle. The scent isn't strange at all - it actually smells nice! Since it's a brightening ampoule, I was skeptical at first about whether it would really brighten my skin. But after about two weeks of use, I noticed my complexion seemed more even! Rather than a dramatic whitening effect, I noticed the darker areas around my lips looked a bit brighter. I think the brightening effects will be more noticeable with consistent, long-term use.
ConsThose with oily skin might find it difficult to use due to its rich texture. It's very hydrating and leaves a slightly oily feeling after application. Rather than a drawback, I felt the soothing effects were stronger than the brightening effects. While this was a plus for me, those purchasing primarily for the brightening effects might be disappointed!
TipI tend to avoid emulsions and creams because they're too sticky! I think you could easily finish your skincare routine by applying this Dr. Oracle product after your regular ampoule for a light finish.

I have fair skin (usually use shades 15-17), but due to redness and blemishes, there's a stark contrast between affected and unaffected areas. ✨ Scent: A familiar cosmetic fragrance, which I found pleasantly subtle. ✨ Texture: Serum-like consistency. It's thinner than a runny nose texture, but don't expect a thick ampoule - it's just slightly viscous. ✨ Application: The thin texture makes it easy to apply and spread evenly. ✨ Finish: Absorbs quickly, especially if you pat it in! This is one of my favorite aspects! While it doesn't leave a sticky finish, I noticed that on mornings after using it overnight, there was a slight oily film compared to nights I didn't use it. So I avoided using it in my morning skincare routine before makeup. ✨ Brightening effect: Don't expect a dramatic 'Wow, I'm so pale!' moment - that's unrealistic for any cosmetic product. But you might find yourself thinking, 'My skin looks clearer' or 'Oh, I think it's working!' I'm very satisfied with these results after just 10 days! ✨ Blemishes: None! Even with my super sensitive skin! I'm prone to breakouts from even the slightest change in shower water, but this product didn't cause any irritation! Very satisfied!
Cons✨ The dropper fills only halfway with one squeeze, which is annoying as I need to dispense twice to cover my face and neck. ✨ While I appreciate the non-sticky finish, I'm not a fan of the slightly oily feeling that develops over time or after sleeping.
TipRemember to pat it in for best results!

This product absorbs well and has great absorption. It doesn't feel thick or sticky, but rather has a light emulsion texture. I usually suffer from deep dryness, but after applying this, I didn't feel any dryness at all. It also doesn't cause any breakouts. When you apply the ampoule, it feels refreshing. I was surprised because ampoules are typically rich, but this one isn't. It's perfect for summer use.
ConsThey claimed it had brightening effects, but after using it for a week, I didn't really notice any. My T-zone seems to get a bit oilier with this product.
TipI apply my skincare in this order: toner, ampoule, and then moisturizer. I use a refreshing tea tree toner, followed by this ampoule, and then a Mamonde hydrating cream. With each product, I gently pat it into my skin with my knuckles until it's almost fully absorbed, then layer the next product on top. I do this with the intention of building up hydration layer by layer. This method helps prevent moisture loss.

Honestly, even though it's for hair, this Hwahae Testers treatment is far beyond my expectations - I'm extremely satisfied! Review: I felt like it was restoring my skin's health. There's a noticeable difference when I wake up in the morning - you can really feel it! I only used this product without any other skincare! Even when I started using it knowing it was effective, I didn't expect much. But I was amazed at how good it is. Despite my skin being irritated from wearing masks, I only used this product. And wow! Although it's a brightening product, I was surprised by how soothing it was - even better than other soothing products. I only applied this and a moisturizer, and it was enough. Especially when I apply it at night, there's a clear difference in the morning. I'm incredibly satisfied. As a Hwahae Tester, I feel happy to have unexpectedly discovered such a great product. Texture: I thought it might feel oily, but it's not too heavy. I expected it to be thick since it's an ampoule, but it's not heavy at all. On a scale of 1 to 10, it's about a 4 - just right. At first, it seemed a bit oily when patting it in, but once it absorbs, it's perfect! I think even those with oily skin would find it suitable for nighttime use. Personally, I need to apply a separate moisturizer as this doesn't provide hydration. The color is milky, and it does have a scent. Personally, I wish they had left out the fragrance. Was it really necessary to include fragrance in the ingredients?
Cons1. Fragrance! Fragrance! I have to emphasize this twice! Was it really necessary? 2. For oily skin types or those with excess sebum, it might feel a bit greasy on hot days. So it's best to use it at night or when it's cool or chilly outside.
TipThe dropper usually fills only about 1/3 full no matter how hard you try, but that amount is just right for one application.

It glides on smoothly! Right after application, it left my skin feeling nicely hydrated. I have combination dehydrated skin, so I usually need a moisturizer to avoid dryness, but with this, I didn't even feel the need for an extra layer. My skin tends to be super sensitive, but thankfully this product didn't cause any blemishes, which suggests it's a good match for me.
ConsIt's only been about a week since I started using it, so I'm not sure if it's too early to tell, but I haven't really noticed any brightening effects yet. After it absorbs into my skin, I feel a slight stickiness. As someone with oily skin, I found that when I apply this product at night, my face looks quite shiny the next morning. Other than that, it's been okay.

It's my first time being selected, so I'm writing this review. The container is made of glass, and the dropper seems to dispense just the right amount. Looking at the ingredients, I noticed many that are beneficial for dry skin, giving me the impression that a lot of effort went into making this product. For an ampoule, the price point is quite reasonable.
ConsUnfortunately, it doesn't seem to agree with my skin. Since turning 30, my skin suddenly became super sensitive, so I'm very careful about ingredients and rarely try new products. I was quite selective when applying for this event, believing the ingredients would suit me, and I was even chosen. But it seems I was wrong. The irritation around my eyes is the worst - they get very bloodshot and there's a tingling sensation, which was quite alarming. My forehead became very oily, and I developed many blemishes around my mouth, cheeks, and eyes. As these symptoms worsened while using this product, I had to stop. I've given it to my mother, who has healthier skin than mine. If there are any brightening effects, I'll update later.
TipI can only use physical sunscreens because chemical ones irritate my eyes severely. I'm not sure if the eye irritation from this product works in a similar way. Maybe my skin doesn't agree with the niacin ingredient. Anyway, for those with severe milia, I think focusing on hydration rather than brightening might be more appropriate. If you have sensitive eyes, please keep this in mind.
