But doing that every day seemed to make my skin dry, causing tiny blemishes to appear. During a visit to my aunt's house for the Lunar New Year, she recommended this cream. After checking the ingredients on Hwahae and seeing nothing harmful for oily skin, I decided to try it. While it felt rich, the next day my skin had a glow and was so hydrated - I loved it! Even though it might have mixed with my natural oils, I didn't get a single blemish, which was amazing! I think it would be great to apply this during winter or on days when you have a lot of dead skin cells. I've been using it consistently for 2 years now, and I must have gone through over 10 jars! For those with extremely oily skin, this might feel a bit heavy. I'd recommend applying just a small amount on areas where dead skin cells tend to build up. It might feel a bit heavy if applied in the morning during summer, so I suggest applying a generous amount at night before bed. A winter essential for that dewy skin glow I've been using for over a year! Perfect for dry and sensitive skin types. It does feel a bit heavy, almost like applying an oil, but the radiant complexion it creates is well worth it. I knocked off a star for the heavier feel, but when I go out wearing this, my skin looks so luminous that I get tons of compliments. The glow actually intensifies a bit as time passes after application. While it spreads smoothly, you do need to put in a little effort to fully absorb it. If you're absolutely in love with that dewy skin look, I highly recommend this product. Just a tip: it's best to skip it in summer! It's a cream with a noticeable weight to it, though I'm not sure if that's the skin barrier effect or just the product itself.
