For about 5 years or more, I've been using this essential product. It has a watery, flowing texture, just like water. Whether my skin is good or bad, it helps control dehydration and has high absorption. With consistent use, my skin feels clearer and my complexion has improved. As a powerful oily-skinned person, it provides the perfect refreshing sensation as the first step in my skincare routine. I can't even look at other toners, and I always come back to this essence.

The Bio Conditioning Essence from IOPE has an impressive, hydrating yet refreshing texture!! As an essence, it is not too heavy or sticky, and it absorbs quickly into the skin. After using it, I could apply other products without any pilling, which was great. Especially when used as a prep step before makeup, it helps to smooth out the skin texture, making the makeup apply better.
Cons
The only downside is that while it doesn't have any major functions, the price point is a bit high compared to that.

You can soak a cotton pad with the essence and apply it like a toner to your face - this enhances the skin-smoothing effect even more.
