Being a BB cream cushion, it feels weightless and refreshing. It does a pretty good job of covering most imperfections. Living in a place where I get tanned by the hot sun, I usually match with shade 23 in other compacts. I'm using the Natural tone of this one, and it's just a tad lighter! It gives a slightly pinkish bright look! Still, it could come in handy when you want to achieve a radiant makeup look. With my atopic, dry, and super sensitive skin, most cosmetics don't agree with me. This one feels a bit matte, probably because it's summer. It doesn't give an intense glow, but creates a really natural look. People who prefer a subtle finish might love this. I apply Illiyoon emulsion generously on my face and then pat this product on top. It struck a perfect balance - not too moisturizing, yet not matte either. I chose the natural shade to match my complexion. The color isn't dull, too yellow, or too red - it's just right for a pretty complexion Out of the 4-5 cushions I've tried, this one gives the most beautiful skin finish :: The magnetic closure that clicks shut is very convenient. :: Longevity Setting aside mask transfer issues (which happen with all products), I deliberately stayed at home without a mask, and noticed some breakdown in the T-zone when oil production increased. Since it's not a super matte formula but a hydrating one, longevity is bound to be an issue. You'll need to apply some powder to the T-zone after makeup or touch up occasionally to maintain the look :: Those seeking extreme coverage might find it lacking, as it gives a natural skin-like finish I keep my skincare routine simple, apply the cushion, then lightly press powder into the T-zone afterwards. This allows for a clean and beautiful complexion.

Usually, when I use incompatible products, I immediately develop redness and blemishes after cleansing. However, this product caused no such reactions. ✔️ Enhances my natural skin tone - Gone are the days of aiming for an unnaturally light complexion. They say the best makeup complements your natural skin tone, and this product did just that. It evened out my skin tone without looking out of place or feeling heavy. ✔️ Light texture, doesn't feel suffocating - I particularly dislike heavy coverage in summer. I'd rather let my freckles show than use heavy products or even concealer. Isn't natural beauty the most attractive? This product strikes a perfect balance - it doesn't look too bare, yet it doesn't feel suffocating. I think I could use it comfortably year-round. ✔️ Simple and attractive packaging - I dislike gaudy, over-the-top packaging that quickly becomes an eyesore. This one is lightweight and pleasantly minimalist. ✔️ Good staying power - I appreciated not having to reapply multiple times. Frequent touch-ups aren't good for the skin, especially for sensitive types like me who also have to deal with mask friction! ✔️ Some transfer, but that's somewhat unavoidable - It wasn't excessive though. Like most foundations, it mainly transferred on protruding areas like the nose and chin. If I had to pick a drawback, this would be it. ✔️ Slightly pricier than expected - With so many affordable foundations on the market these days, I think more frequent sales events would make this product more accessible. If you find the light coverage doesn't quite conceal blemishes to your satisfaction, try this tip: Apply a small amount of foundation to problem areas, wait a moment, then blend. You'll be surprised at how well it covers.

Case Design Despite being a high-end product, the design feels a bit childish... I wish they would redesign it to look more luxurious. 2. Shade I have a 21.5 complexion! When I applied it, my first thought was that it looked too light. If you have around a 17 skin tone, shade 1 might work, and for 13, maybe shade 0. Unlike cushions, this BB cream seemed too light, making my skin look floaty. 3. Dryness I have combination dehydrated skin and always pay attention to it, but this product made my skin feel extremely dry. It would be great if they could improve the hydration. 4. Coverage Most women probably don't use concealer much since cushions usually provide good coverage. I prefer natural, light makeup, so it didn't bother me too much, but this product seemed to have almost no coverage. 5. Transfer Due to the pandemic, I wear a mask all day. Even after setting with powder as usual, it transfers quite a bit. I hoped it wouldn't transfer much, but it's worse than other products. Before using this cushion, make sure to do your skincare routine thoroughly and focus on hydration! Really address any deep dryness issues before applying. I checked after 9 hours and for a BB cushion, it's surprisingly intact. Even with a mask on, sweating profusely in the heat, I thought it would've disappeared, but wow, the staying power is incredible. No darkening...? I expected some oxidation since it's a BB cushion, but surprisingly, there's none... It's genuinely impressive to the point of being puzzling... I really didn't have high hopes, assuming it would smudge with sweat and inevitably darken, but it's unexpectedly strong in all three aspects..? It outperforms my regular foundation, it's amazingly robust! Of course, I did touch up with the cult-favorite sebum control powder, but even so, it's impressive. Great coverage and fills in texture well. I didn't have high expectations, but this level of coverage is more than satisfactory. In fact, it's not even that thick or heavy considering its coverage. Passes the sensitive skin test... It doesn't seem irritating at all! I thought wearing a mask would cause all sorts of issues, but it didn't. It feels a bit thick at first... It could be due to my lack of skill, but it doesn't give clumsy applicators like me that light, skin-hugging feel with a powdery finish. However, adding the cult-favorite sebum control powder solves this issue. The tone isn't particularly brightening... A downside of BB creams? It's very natural, perhaps too natural. It doesn't give that glowy, radiant skin look. Though this could also be due to how it matches my skin tone. The case isn't pretty considering the product's price... The material and design look a bit cheap... The cushion sponge inside seems to sink as you use it, requiring you to press harder... It's like the software is good, but the hardware is slightly disappointing. After applying it as thinly as possible and topping it with the cult-favorite sebum control powder, it's a perfect match and the lasting power is insane. Instead, it gives a subtle glow. I don't usually touch up at work, and even after heading straight home after a long day, my face doesn't look like a disaster. I actually thought, 'Hey, my skin looks pretty good today!' The color has a strong pink tone, which might be hit or miss for some. As someone with a yellowish complexion who likes to neutralize it with a slightly pink base, I found it worked well! However, it does feel a bit light for my shade 23 skin. I applied it thinly and evenly using minimal product. It might be better suited for those with a shade 21 complexion. Impressively, it doesn't cake or pill even when layered thinly multiple times! It doesn't seem to emphasize pores or wrinkles much either. Applying with the puff was effortless. It's not heavily matte nor excessively dewy - just right for me. It barely transfers to masks, and even after putting on and taking off my mask all day, there was minimal fading. I also like the magnetic case. The magnet isn't weak, so it doesn't open randomly in my bag. It's clean and convenient. Overall, I'm satisfied. The only reason I'm hesitant about repurchasing is that the shade is lighter than my skin tone. If the brightness matched, I'd definitely buy it with my own money. Please make a shade 2! The coverage isn't top-tier. I'd say it's medium level. You'll need to finish with concealer or a high-coverage foundation, dabbing it on areas you want to cover. But honestly, I like how it applies smoothly without feeling heavy, so I don't necessarily wish for higher coverage. It's sufficient as a base, and if you want to cover blemishes more thoroughly, it works perfectly with additional cover-up products on top. I applied the Simply Beautiful Cushion thinly all over, then used the same puff to dab on about half a pinky nail's worth of Estée Lauder Double Wear on blemishes. This gives better coverage without feeling heavy - it's the perfect finishing touch.

The Natural No. 1 shade is lighter than other natural shades, so when choosing this product, you can think of it as truly being a 'No. 1' shade. It matched my skin tone perfectly, which I loved. The absorption is fantastic - it just glides on smoothly! It was a bit disappointing that the mirror didn't have a protective film, so there was some dust on it. But since it would get dirty with use anyway, it was still usable. Also, it seems to come off easily when putting on and taking off masks. The staying power is weak. Applying it about 3 times makes it last a bit longer. It's best to apply once, wait a bit, and then reapply after a few minutes. It was developed in collaboration with a wedding makeup artist, and now I understand why. Just a small amount gives your skin an incredible glow! ✨ Touch-ups: Excellent This cushion is perfect for frequent touch-ups, especially in this era of masks and hot weather. Even when reapplying, it doesn't cake or clump, making your skin look freshly made up every time. ✨ Puff: High-quality I love the larger size of the puff. It's thin with a great texture, making application a breeze. ✨ Fixer and Powder: Essential If we ever reach a mask-free era, this product would be flawless. However, in our current situation, its moisturizing formula tends to transfer onto masks. This seems unavoidable. While the forehead doesn't need powder, I always use a fixer and powder on areas that come into contact with the mask. ✨ Staying Power: Could be better This seems more like a limitation of moisturizing cushions in general rather than a specific issue with this product. It's likely to perform better in winter than in summer. Using powder and fixer enhances longevity, reduces transfer, and helps maintain that beautiful complexion for longer.
