I used the Houttuynia Cordata essence from Mixsoon and absolutely adored it, so I decided to try their Houttuynia Cordata toner from the same line. I'm using this toner specifically for toner masking. It's such great value for money - you get a large amount at an affordable price, which I think makes it an incredibly cost-effective product.
ConsThe downside is that Mixsoon products can sometimes leave my face feeling a bit dry. So in winter, I might need to use a richer product or add something extra to my routine. Still, it's a product I'm very satisfied with for summer use!
TipHere's my summer skincare routine: In the morning, I start with Needly toner pads for gentle cleansing (just patting if my skin is feeling sensitive), then I spray on Mixsoon's Houttuynia Cordata or Centella Asiatica essence and let it absorb. Next, I apply Dr.G Cica Soothing Cream, finishing with Dr.G Green Mild Up Sun SPF50+. In the evening, I use a toner pad mask, Houttuynia Cordata toner mask, or modeling mask to cool and calm my skin, then finish with Cynic emulsion and Dr.G Cica Soothing Cream. With this hot weather, it's crucial to use oil blotting papers at 1 PM and 6 PM! You'll definitely notice a difference on days when you use them versus when you don't.
