  I've been using this since June 2024, and it feels like it's injecting hydration right into my skin! It absorbs incredibly fast - just pat it in a few times and it's completely absorbed. Even on days when my skin is super sensitive, it applies so well without any irritation, making me reach for it often. Since I started using this toner, I've noticed a significant reduction in dead skin cells. It's surprisingly lightweight, making it perfect for both dry and oily skin types.

  Cons

  If you're looking for more intense hydration, you might need to apply multiple layers of this toner. It would be good to apply it twice in winter! It's more watery than you might expect.

  Tip

  I've been using it in a Daiso foam container, which seems to reduce irritation even further and improves absorption. It's so convenient that I find myself using it more frequently.

  Pros

  Using Pacto definitely makes your skin feel more hydrated. It's much more moisturizing than before you use it. I highly recommend it for those with dry skin! It's absolutely fantastic for replenishing moisture. In the dry winter months, applying makeup after using Pacto noticeably reduces flakiness! However, if you have blemish-prone skin and want both soothing and hydration, I'd actually recommend the Bring Green Tea Tree Cica Soothing Toner instead of this product. I've tried both and that's my honest recommendation!

  Cons

  I wouldn't recommend this if you're looking to calm blemishes on troubled skin. For soothing blemishes, the Bring Green Tea Tree Cica Soothing Toner would probably be a much better fit! It's absolutely amazing for calming redness and blemishes.

  Pros

  As someone with extremely dry skin, I usually need to apply about 5 layers of toner in winter to maintain hydration. I'm a fan of watery, runny toners. I bought this during the last Olive Young sale, thinking it would be an exfoliating toner, but I was pleasantly surprised by how moisturizing it is. The hydration is great, and if I diligently apply it, I think I can get through winter with well-hydrated skin. It seems like a solid, reliable toner that's quite good.
