It stung a bit when it got into my eyes. Also, you need separate cotton pads and have to apply it with them each time, which can be a little inconvenient at times.

It absorbs well and I like that it comes in a generous amount. I tried it on skin with acne and there was no irritation, so I'd recommend it for acne-prone skin too.

It feels like a watery toner, so it doesn't provide intense hydration. Those with dry skin might find it not moisturizing enough.

It's light and moisturizing, making it perfect for applying generously all over! Personally, I preferred this to cica products.

If you're not using cotton pads, I recommend getting a small spray bottle for decanting your skincare products.

This is my go-to hydrating toner that I always use as a base. Even for combination dehydrated or oily skin, hydration is essential, so I always apply it twice without fail after cleansing. I decant it into a small spray bottle and spritz it on twice, followed by a hydrating serum, and finish with La Roche-Posay Repair Cream. I've found that maintaining good hydration is key for other skincare products to work effectively.

I usually apply it in two layers for better absorption. After application, I fan my face to cool the skin down a bit more!

This formula is completely non-irritating and deeply hydrating, so I've been using it morning and night without any worries! It provides a light layer of moisture that feels just right - I can't find any faults with it. What's great is that I can mix it with other active serums without any concerns, which makes it super convenient. I use it both on its own and mixed with niacinamide powder.

Use it with those square, soft toner pads from Daiso - the 1000 won ones!!! You can apply it without irritating your skin!

I had a major skin flare-up. The photo was taken with my phone's basic camera, no special lighting - you can see the acne and redness popping up everywhere. I've always had a bit of a rosy complexion, but yesterday and the day before, I broke out all over my body. It was quite shocking!

So... I knew I needed to do a toner pad routine. But all the toner pads I had were too heavy. I wanted to give my skin a break while just evening out my skin tone... So I went shopping today! I actually went to Olive Young without a specific product in mind, so I tested out various options.

My criteria:
- Affordable, large quantity for frequent use in toner pad, doctor pad, or absorption pad routines
- Light texture with no intense active ingredients, as I'll use it regularly. Focused on hydration for my dry skin!

And this is what I chose. When I used it this evening, it definitely smoothed out my skin texture. To be honest, I didn't expect much in terms of hydration????? I just needed it to be decent enough. But surprisingly, it felt like it penetrated deep into my skin!

I got it on sale for around 19,000 won.

I have combination dehydrated skin that tends to feel quite dry deep down... While it's not exactly a hydration explosion, so you might want to be cautious about that.

It's a generous size and after applying and letting it absorb, your skin feels so firm and bouncy! I think it'll work even better in summer than winter. It's not overly oily, so it should be great for those with oily skin.

There are also some slightly reddened areas here and there. While some minor blemishes did appear, compared to products I've used before, it's not as bad, so I'd give it 3 points.
