It definitely helps calm down troubles when applied consistently!! There's no stickiness, and it's perfect to spray on after a shower as it leaves a moisturized feel.

I can't really think of any downsides, but if I had to say something, it's that when the bottle is nearly empty and you try to flip it over, the product doesn't come out as easily, so you just have to work with it a bit.

I apply it right after showering. It has almost no scent and is moisturizing, so I really like it.
Cons
To be honest, I'm not sure about the effectiveness. The breakouts seem to just come with time, and even when I use this, the breakouts come back quickly.
