It really is effective for keratosis pilaris. It has been developed to be easy to apply on the back as well.
Cons
Don't spray it on your face.. it will damage the skin barrier. You should spray it with the alcohol scent in mind.. The effects may not be as strong in a single day, but if you spray it consistently, it will really improve. Even though it's slow, keep at it!

The Mist'ra is so easy to use. After spraying it all over my body and face, it seems to calm down my acne, which I really love.

I've only been using it on my chest and back, but this mist can also be used on the face! I've been using it consistently, and it's definitely been effective. As soon as I spray it, there's an alcoholic scent that gradually fades into a pleasant, subtle fragrance. The alcoholic smell is tolerable. I'd give the spray power a perfect score. The fine particles are dispersed evenly. It doesn't spread too widely, so I can target the specific areas I want to apply it to. It absorbs incredibly fast and leaves no stickiness or moisture behind, just a clean finish. I can use it right after showering, which is very convenient. Before using this product, I had a major breakout, but after using it consistently, the breakout has cleared up and the scarring is fading. I'll have to use it more to see the full results, but overall, I'm very satisfied!

⭐️ Skin Type - Acne-prone, back acne - Combination skin (oily on the outside, dry inside) - Reddish and bumpy after showering - Sensitive, so it can all go wrong if used improperly 👍🏻 What I liked It was so convenient to just spray it on after showering. It sprays well even if you turn it around to reach your back. The effects seemed pretty good. I usually have quite severe acne, and I used to apply a lotion, but during the time I used this product, I didn't use the lotion at all and just kept spraying this. And without any pimples popping up, my skin became smooth and even, so from now on I'll just quickly spray this on after showering instead of bothering with the lotion.

This is my second purchase of the famous shampoo from Dr. Olga. I bought it on a sale at Hwahae Shopping at a reasonable price. The product seems good for acne-prone skin, and although I don't have acne, my husband and I both have occasional small bumps and blemishes on our faces, so we're using it together. The scent is close to unscented, and the product is effective in controlling facial oil and exfoliating. When applied to the body, it provides decent moisture without any stickiness, leaving the skin feeling soft and refreshed. It's a great product for both the face and body.

As it's a mist product with a pump, the spray is not very good, and it can be a bit irritating when sprayed directly on the face. So I use a cotton pad to apply it. The best part about using Dr. Olga's 'Artemisia Leaf Red Spot Acne Mist' was the 360-degree rotating spray feature!! It was really convenient that I could spray it on my back by myself.
