I believe Chanel's greatest strength is its ability to create a natural and luxurious glow The longevity and coverage are a bit lacking, so it might be better suited as a touch-up product It's great for touch-ups - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSep 5, 2022
It applies in an incredibly thin layer while giving a natural skin appearance. Though it might seem too sheer at first, its buildable coverage is actually quite satisfactory. The coverage is a bit on the lower side, which is somewhat disappointing. The puff feels too dense and seems to absorb too much product while releasing too little, which is also a drawback. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 16, 2022
It effectively covers blemishes and blends naturally with my skin tone. I loved that it didn't look cakey or sit on top of my skin. Apart from the price, I didn't find any particular drawbacks. However, when wearing a mask, the makeup does transfer and comes off easily. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 21, 2022
Despite having Chanel's elegant case, the impressive ingredients are perhaps its biggest advantage! I suspect many people buy it for that reason. It applies incredibly lightly - you might wonder if it's actually going on. While I haven't worn it out with a mask yet, others praise how it doesn't transfer. This is likely due to its natural coverage. Speaking of coverage, it's surprisingly good - maybe because I didn't expect much! It naturally conceals about 60-70% of imperfections, though large blemishes still need concealer. After using B-plane sunscreen and just this cushion, I noticed some breakdown and mask transfer when I came home. However, it breaks down in a way that's easy to touch up, with a pleasant richness coming through rather than looking messy. I can confirm the minimal mask transfer! I deliberately tried touching up the broken-down areas at home. With the original Chanel puff, it seemed to absorb some of the oil, which is good, but it did clump a bit. The fwee puff made touch-ups easier, finding a nice balance between richness and glow. I realized the Chanel puff might work well for summer touch-ups. Even when touching up, it's clearly a lightweight cushion. Up close you can see some dead skin cells and clumping particles, but overall it looks quite clean. The more I use it, the more I like everything except the color - and even that's growing on me now, like a 'my skin but better' effect. There's a bit of emphasis on dead skin cells, but it feels very light and comfortable on the skin. The color is really... was this the best they could do? I wish it had a bit more of a brightening effect. It was recommended as the lightest shade, but for someone who uses 21-22, it's just far too natural. I was shown the BR12 color in-store - it's pink-toned but more muted than B10. Worried about darkening, I chose B10 despite being cool-toned. My skin is dry lately with some flaking, and this does emphasize dead skin cells. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 16, 2021
Highly recommended! It's natural-looking, not too dry, and not overly rich either. It's just right, perfectly balanced. The staying power seems quite long-lasting too. The only downside is that it runs out quickly since it's a cushion formula. Other than that, there's not much to fault. Just press the puff down firmly once and you'll get the perfect amount of product. If you pat it in thoroughly, it adheres well to the skin and has great longevity. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 28, 2021
Honestly, I didn't expect much, but this product is fantastic even without considering the Chanel brand value. When first applied, it has a nice semi-matte texture that isn't overly powdery. Surprisingly, it lasts for over 12 hours. There's minimal breakdown, and even after 12 hours, it still looks clean and fresh, not messy at all. It applies incredibly thin, yet the coverage is quite good. The application itself feels luxurious. As for the shade, I have a light 21 tone, and it looks perfectly natural on me. I'm definitely considering repurchasing. The only downside is the very high price and small amount of product.
