I have sensitive, blemish-prone skin, so I had high hopes for this product as it's perfect for skin that needs soothing. The mugwort-colored cleansing foam has good cleansing effectiveness and produces just the right amount of lather. While using it, I could really feel how gentle the product is. I also appreciate that it comes in a large size, so it'll last a long time. It lathers up well and isn't irritating, making it an excellent choice for daily cleansing. There's a subtle scent reminiscent of mugwort, which I personally enjoyed. The foam is soft and gentle on the skin, causing no irritation. It's great for morning cleansing. It's not the type that leaves your skin squeaky clean after rinsing, so the final feel might be a matter of personal preference. - ba*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 3, 2025
I trust and consistently use Round Lab products, and I was already using their Dokdo foam cleanser. Comparing the two, the main difference seems to be the scent due to the addition of mugwort in this one. I didn't notice much difference in cleansing effectiveness or skin-soothing properties. The cleansing power is so good it's almost hard to describe! It's a foam cleanser that doesn't leave any residue and doesn't cause any tightness after washing. In terms of usage, I didn't feel a significant difference from the Dokdo cleansing foam I was using before.

It lathers up well even with a small amount, and the cleansing effectiveness seems pretty good. No real downsides. It would be nice if the mugwort scent was a bit stronger though.

To be honest, I can't think of any special advantages. Among the many cleansing foams I've tried, I didn't reach for this one very often. It doesn't cause blemishes or irritate my skin, but I couldn't really tell if it had a calming effect, so it just felt like a regular cleanser to me! The amount is more than I expected, and it lathers well, but I'm not sure if I'd recommend buying it specifically for its calming properties. It lathers up nicely and is a gentle daily cleanser that you can use every day without worry! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I used it with satisfaction!
