It brightens my complexion perfectly and has great staying power. Plus, I love that it doesn't make my skin look overly shiny. It's suitable for winter, but in summer it feels a bit rich, so I need to use it with powder. On no-makeup days, this alone provides decent pore coverage and evens skin tone, which is fantastic. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 13, 2022
Despite having a rather thick and heavy texture, it still manages to even out my skin tone naturally. When I apply powder on top, the staying power is quite decent. The price is a steal! I got it online for less than 10,000 won in a buy-one-get-one-free deal. It contains eight potentially harmful ingredients. Even though my face isn't particularly dry, I can feel a sense of dryness, and on days when I haven't exfoliated, dead skin cells are noticeably visible. It tends to pill easily. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 7, 2022
It keeps my face looking bright without any ashiness, and the staying power is absolutely amazing! I can apply this as a base, do my makeup, and run around all day without any breakdown! After some time, it seems like oil only comes through on my nose area. My friend and I aren't sure if it's just our imagination, but we feel like we get blemishes on our foreheads when we use this.. Apply this right after your skin toner and emulsion! I don't use powder separately, but since I love a matte finish, this makeup base is perfect for me. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 27, 2022
I bought this when I saw it on sale at S.S. for 9,900 won as a 1+1 deal - what a steal! The brightening effect is definitely noticeable. I was impressed that it stayed on and kept my skin looking bright even after 10 hours. I'd recommend this for those with oily skin. Considering the low price, I think the quality is quite good for the value. However, it didn't suit me personally, so I ended up buying another brightening moisturizer. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a matte finish and a definite brightening effect! I tried it, but the application was really thick and difficult to spread. Since I have dry skin, it felt too heavy and unpleasant when I applied it. Because it's so thick when applying, I mix it with a hydrating cream. That way, it doesn't feel dry and works much better. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJan 14, 2022
The pink-toned base worked well for my cool complexion. It brightens up my face when applied... I think it's a mineral sunscreen. The staying power seems quite good for everyday wear. It can feel a bit heavy, so if you don't like that tight feeling, you might not enjoy this product. Apparently, sunscreen should be reapplied every three hours for proper protection. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinDec 14, 2021
It naturally evens skin tone and has a clean texture that absorbs well. The staying power is decent too. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing. It's just a good, reliable product to use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 28, 2021
As a makeup sunscreen, it provides a natural brightening effect and has excellent staying power I was a bit disappointed that my skin felt slightly dry after applying the sunscreen - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 18, 2021
The staying power is longer than expected and the amount is generous. Surprisingly, it feels quite dry at first, but after a few days of use, it's as if your skin adapts. At some point, you start to feel the hydration. As mentioned above, it feels a bit dry initially. However, it gets better with continued use. I'm not sure about the science behind it... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 30, 2021
Unbeatable value for money. Lowest internet price at 8,280₩ for 60g x 2 = 120g (69₩ per gram). Great for oily skin with its powdery, matte finish. Not sticky at all. The light pink tone-up is better than stark white. Conceals blackheads on the nose tip. (More of a feature than a benefit) Applies with an opaque, thick coverage. Long-lasting tone-up effect, though after 14 hours there's barely any difference between treated and untreated areas. The ingredients listed here are incorrect. The formulation is terrible. (See photo / it's been corrected now after requesting an update). My lips, which had suffered from severe cheilitis, stung constantly until I washed my face - even if I just barely touched the edge while applying it to my face. My eyes also felt a constant tingling sensation. As if that wasn't enough, I was amazed to get 1-2 blemishes every time I applied it. When applied, it gives that dull look you get from using too much BB cream. It covers the skin with exactly that dullness. No clarity whatsoever. This happens even with a small amount, to the point where you might doubt its sun protection. Despite the powdery finish, it oddly doesn't cover pores or skin texture, making your complexion look worse while only evening out the tone. It doesn't settle into pores, but it makes your skin look rougher when applied. When you sweat, it forms little beads of opaque white sweat - embarrassingly obvious that you're wearing something. Exfoliation and hydration are absolutely necessary. It sucks all the moisture from your skin, leaving it dry. The high concentration of powder particles in the formula makes flaky skin more noticeable. Applying a thick cream like Avène Cicalfate beforehand helps prevent flaking and moisture loss, and improves application (from being quite thick). This combo worked well together. Like all tone-up products, it doesn't cover redness under the nose at all, even if you pile it on. While it's true that it's one of the lowest-priced products in Korea for its volume, it makes your skin look as poor as its price tag. The scent isn't pleasant either, smelling like old-fashioned cosmetics. It's infuriating that the manufacturer and distributor unnecessarily added several allergy-prone ingredients that belong in perfumes, making it impossible to use with peace of mind. It's an outdated approach. If at least the fragrance was nice, it might be understandable, but it's not even that. The information above = pro tips - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJun 9, 2021
I usually use shade 21, and it's perfect! It doesn't transfer onto my mask, so I only apply toner and emulsion as my base, then this sunscreen, and I'm good to go! The coverage and brightening effect are so good that I haven't needed foundation or other base makeup for 2 years now - I just use this makeup sunscreen! I've used so many tubes, I've lost count. They often have buy-one-get-one-free deals, so stocking up during sales makes it great value for money! The staying power is excellent, and unlike some reviews, I didn't experience any darkening. I even lightly spray a makeup fixer over it and it holds up well for water parks or beach days! It can feel a bit drying, but that's easily solved by applying a good moisturizer beforehand! In winter, if you don't exfoliate properly, it can leave an unsightly white cast. Make sure to moisturize well before applying the sunscreen to keep your skin hydrated. Stock up during the buy-one-get-one-free promotions for great value. If you find the staying power lacking, try using a makeup fixer spray after application.
