It brightens the complexion well and feels light and fresh, perfect for summer use. You could potentially skip foundation with this. It causes painful, hard blemishes. The mineral sunscreen formula makes it feel a bit stiff and difficult to spread. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 20, 2023
It feels so wonderfully soft and fresh! I'm absolutely devastated that it's been discontinued. It's a bit on the thick side, which is disappointing. I wish they would release a renewed version. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 2, 2022
It's so light and airy, and it has a great brightening effect. During summer, I just applied this one product and I was good to go! The coverage isn't that great, and it's a bit tricky to use when your skin is dry. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 29, 2022
It leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh, which is great for oily skin. I also love how it brightens my complexion! I wouldn't recommend this for dry skin. You need to have some natural oils for it to work well. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 30, 2022
First impressions: Highly recommended for those with oily skin looking for an affordable brightening moisturizer with SPF. Repurchase intention: Maybe. Texture: A thick, light pink formula. Requires some effort to spread evenly, providing about two shades of brightening effect. Absorption: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Although slightly thick, it absorbs quickly once spread well, leaving a matte finish. Hydration: ⭐⭐⭐ Has a slightly powdery feel upon application, which remains consistent over time. Great for a matte skin finish, recommended for oily skin types. I used this product frequently when I was younger due to its affordable price and significant brightening effect. I thought it might have been reformulated, but it seems it's being discontinued soon, unfortunately. I love how it creates a matte, beautiful skin appearance. However, as I'm experiencing dryness now, I'm unsure about repurchasing. I might try it again with new formulations in summer when my face tends to get oilier. The price is very reasonable, and it often comes with buy-one-get-one-free deals, which is great. Recommended skin type: Oily For dry skin, it might be too matte, but could work well in summer...? My skin type for reference: Combination dehydrated skin prone to dryness + contact dermatitis and sensitivity (I consider it combination rather than dry because of some oiliness) - When was it discontinued...? - If they're going to offer buy-one-get-one-free deals often, they might as well lower the price permanently. It lasts quite a while once purchased, which can make it feel a bit unhygienic to use until the very end. If you maintain good hydration in your skincare routine, you can use this product without experiencing dryness! - Hwahae UserOily SkinMay 13, 2022
It brightens your complexion just the right amount without being overwhelming. You can confidently go out wearing just this. The skin feels comfortably matte, and it lasts for quite a long time - almost all day without significant darkening. I think we've gone through over a dozen bottles between two people. And the price is incredibly affordable! After using it for a long time, I'm not sure if it's because my skin tone has darkened with age, but sometimes when I first apply it, if I misjudge the amount, it can leave a noticeable white cast. Fortunately, it naturally blends in within about 10 minutes without needing any additional steps, so I continue to use it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 18, 2022
It has a nice powdery finish. The waterproof formula and adherence to the skin are excellent. If you apply the recommended amount, it can leave a noticeable white cast. It might make your skin look a bit dull. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 12, 2022
I used to think all mineral sunscreens were terrible after trying Innisfree's Oat Sunscreen, which was supposedly one of the better ones. I thought I'd never use mineral sunscreens again. Most affordable options are purely mineral, and after using chemical sunscreens, I couldn't stand how greasy they felt on my oily skin. But this one? It's just the right amount of matte. For my oily skin, it's not drying at all. Though my mom, who has dry skin, finds it a bit dehydrating. When applied, it gives a slight correcting effect, almost like wearing foundation. I really love it. If only the white cast was a tad less noticeable, it would be perfect. I wish the white cast was a bit less noticeable. Right now in winter, it's less obvious when I cover my neck, but I'm worried that in summer, when this matte finish is crucial, the difference between my face and neck will be really apparent. I probably won't be able to use it then... It might work great for those with skin tones lighter than #21, but for #23 like me, it's a struggle. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAug 20, 2021
* Texture Not too runny, not too thick. Just right. * Quantity Quite generous amount. * Price On the affordable side. * Tone The pink tone makes you look more radiant. * Finish Loved the soft, powdery finish. * Brightening Even a slight misjudgment in application can make you look too pale. * Dryness Very drying. Doesn't absorb well if applied slowly. Continues to feel dry after application. * Dead skin cells As it's drying, it emphasizes flakiness. Highlights dead skin cells that are usually invisible. * Coverage Despite the powdery finish and excessive brightening, there's no coverage at all. * White cast Extremely noticeable. This cosmetic seems designed only for those blessed with perfect skin. If you want to use this, you'll need to have a solid skincare routine in place first. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 24, 2021
It wasn't too oily and left my skin feeling fresh, making it perfect for daily use. I also loved the generous amount and its great brightening effect. Unfortunately, the brightening effect faded after a while. Applying too much can make it look cakey and float on the skin. While it does leave a fresh feeling, it can emphasize dead skin cells if your skin is dry.
