I've been using this while in the military, and it's been fantastic for my morning skincare routine after washing my face! The oil and moisture balance feels just right, and it does a great job of locking in hydration. If you have super sensitive skin, you might find it a tad drying. It's perfect for combination skin - not sticky at all and leaves my skin feeling soft. I used up the whole bottle and bought another one! While it provides plenty of hydration, it does feel like it's lacking a bit in richness. I love applying this as the final step in my skincare routine. I've been using this product for over a year now. It's wonderfully hydrating and absorbs beautifully. It's hard to say if the hydration lasts long, but it's great for summer use.

I've used over 8 bottles before the renewal. I'll keep this short, but I'm dead serious. This product reaches its peak a few minutes after application. It's a barrier in itself. For those with blemish-prone or super sensitive skin who haven't found their go-to emulsion, you absolutely must try this. Before the renewal, it had a cream-like texture, but after, it changed to an emulsion with just the right amount of hydration, which I prefer. It's suitable for all seasons - in winter, you can layer it multiple times, and in summer, it absorbs refreshingly. For combination dehydrated skin in winter, if you don't address the deep dryness, your skin can go haywire. This product doesn't feel heavy but fills in just where needed. After trying other emulsions, you'll find yourself coming back to this one. This is my holy grail emulsion. If you haven't settled on a main emulsion yet, you absolutely must try this. When my skin is acting up, this is the only emulsion I dare to use. It works so well for me, and even when layered multiple times, it doesn't feel thick on the skin but absorbs well. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I usually prefer products that address deep dryness while keeping the surface feeling fresh. However, I haven't found my holy grail yet. The texture of this product is fluid, similar to emulsions from other brands. In terms of hydration, it feels less rich compared to the Extreme Cream from the same brand, which might be why it didn't help much with my deep dryness. While it's understandable given its emulsion formula, I found the hydration to be quite lacking for my skin type.

It's formulated with an excellent oil and moisture balance, and the hydration it provides makes my skin feel so wonderfully moisturized. It's perfect for adding moisture to the skin. There's absolutely no pilling when applied before makeup. It also has a decent level of moisturizing power, so even though it's an emulsion, I think those with oily skin will really love it. Among all the Real Barrier products, I sincerely hope this one never gets discontinued. There's honestly nothing I dislike about it, but if I had to pick something, it would be that the emulsion hardens a bit at the nozzle of the container. So when you squeeze out the product the next day, you always get a little clump at the end. Among products containing ceramides and panthenol, this one has a great oil-moisture balance perfect for transitional seasons. I've struggled to find barrier-repairing moisturizers that aren't heavy winter creams, as they're too rich for my oily skin. This product, however, has just the right amount of richness for oily skin types to use before bed in spring, fall, or even summer. Plus, it absorbs incredibly well - once it's fully absorbed, your skin feels wonderfully soft and smooth. As other reviews mentioned, the emulsion does slightly solidify at the opening. Also, while emulsions and creams are primarily meant to prevent moisture loss, this one lacks richness, which might make it slightly less effective in that regard. If you have combination dehydrated skin, you'll probably need to use a mist alongside this product. I apply one full pump, enough to cover both my face and neck.
