Personally, I love the scent - it's like a natural, plant-based fragrance. But the best part? It's not sticky at all, which I absolutely adore!
ConsWhile it's not sticky, it doesn't absorb well if you just spread it on. You need to pat it in for better absorption. I looked it up, and it does say to pat it in for absorption.
TipPatting it in helps it absorb more quickly.

The case is lovely... But I'm not quite sure about any specific benefits of the product itself!
ConsWhen applied to bare skin without toner or emulsion, it made my face slightly red and caused a burning sensation... It doesn't feel like it absorbs well into the skin. It just feels like it's sitting on the surface..
TipIt's good to apply a small amount using something like a spoon

I'm writing this on the last day of the review period to give the product a thorough try and observe its effects on my skin. Feeling a bit shy knowing others will read this... haha! Let me start by sharing my skin condition and routine. Up until 10th grade, I was always complimented on my skin. But as I entered 11th and 12th grade, hormones and stress triggered a massive acne outbreak. For a year and a half, my acne would subside and flare up repeatedly. Recently, it had calmed down leaving only some marks, but suddenly I experienced a 'welcome back party' of tiny bumps all over my face. With the semester starting soon and an important appointment coming up, I would normally have gone for an extraction at the dermatologist. But lacking time, I used 11 cotton swabs to squeeze them all out myself. Right after that, I received this cream. Now, let me tell you about my routine with this cream. On days without going out: Same for day and night On days I went out: Night routine After cleansing, I occasionally use a sheet mask or a clay mask (I recently tried a clay mask for the first time and plan to review it after a few more weeks of use). Otherwise, I apply a generous amount of mist (not the fine spray type, but one that forms visible droplets if over-applied), then use toner to refine skin texture and provide basic hydration. Then I immediately apply this cream. On days I go out: Daytime routine After cleansing, I use mist and toner for skin refinement and basic hydration, occasionally a sheet mask, hydrating serum, and a light moisturizer (cream usage varies daily), followed by makeup application. Here's why I used this routine and the pros and cons: ✔ Hydration The hydrating power is quite good! I have combination dehydrated skin, but to properly test the cream's effects, I applied it right after toner. It provided sufficient basic hydration. However, I felt it was more rich than hydrating! ✔ Soothing effect The skin-soothing effect was better than expected! Since I did the extraction at home, it wasn't perfect, and some spots were resurfacing. But after using this cream, no new spots appeared. Of course, when I woke up too late and missed my cleansing time, one or two would pop up... hehe. ✔ Brightening effect It seemed to lighten scars and even out my skin tone. Due to acne marks, my skin tone was uneven, but it became more uniform - not exactly brightening, but more like evening out the skin tone. The boundaries of patchy areas caused by acne scars became less noticeable, resulting in a more refined complexion! Considering I've only used it for a few weeks, the results are really noticeable! I think the skin tone evening effect was even more impressive than the soothing effect!! Personally, I think this brightening effect alone makes it worth buying and using. I'm considering purchasing another one for winter use once I finish this one.
Cons✔ Insufficient absorption It doesn't fully absorb, leaving a noticeable layer on the skin. Due to this incomplete absorption, there's a heavy feeling from the residue left on the face. This made me hesitant to use it on days when I needed to go out or wear makeup. ✔ Rich texture As time passes after application, the excess cream on the surface turns into an oily layer covering the entire face. I tend to strongly dislike oily textures, so this was a bit much for me... hehe. For this reason alone, I definitely couldn't use it when going out. It felt particularly unsuitable for summer outings... Of course, some might argue that summer is better than winter for hydration, but as someone who absolutely hates oily feelings in summer, I think it's more suitable for winter! It really depends on what you prioritize! I think it's best to use it according to your personal preferences. ✔ Regular price purchase The price point isn't exactly what I'd call affordable... Considering its limited usability for going out, the price seems a bit high, but... When I think about its soothing and brightening effects, it does seem worth the price. I might need to look out for sales or consider purchasing from social commerce sites!
Tip✔ Since it has more of a rich texture than a hydrating one, and focuses more on brightening and functional effects rather than basic hydration, I recommend using it in your evening skincare routine! ✔ Personally, I found the rich texture and heavy feeling a bit burdensome, so I think it's better suited for winter than summer! The weight felt just right for winter use! ✔ I really love the spatula that comes with it! I'll probably keep using the spatula even after I finish the cream, haha! ✔ When applying, I noticed it doesn't absorb well if you use it like a regular moisturizer. For those who, like me, don't use any products between toner and cream, try spreading a thin layer and then gently patting and massaging it in with three fingers. You're not adding more cream, but helping the initial amount absorb! The basic hydration is quite good, so there's no need to increase the amount! Plus, if you just increase the amount without proper absorption, it'll just sit on top of your skin without sinking in. ❗Those who apply serum, essence, or emulsion before the cream shouldn't use this method, you know?❗ It'll disrupt the previous layers... This tip is only for those who apply the cream right after toner!

As someone prone to dark circles, I can definitely see that area becoming lighter. The moisturizing effect feels like honey on the skin - the texture is similar to honey, and it's like an essence packed into a mask. Love that it comes with a spoon for application, which helps reduce contamination from hands!
ConsThe downside is that it doesn't absorb quickly. If you apply it before makeup, it doesn't sink in well, so it's best to use at night before bed! Regarding the scent, while I found it okay, I've noticed quite a few negative comments about it in other reviews.
TipAccording to the catalog, the unique packaging is designed to be repurposed as a flower pot later on! How clever!

Design One of the biggest strengths of this product, in my opinion, is its design. I absolutely love the simple yet unique Haruharu logo that perfectly matches the mini tumbler shape. It's a skincare product that could easily double as a chic interior decoration piece. 2. Volume At first, I thought it was a bit small when compared to a computer mouse, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much product it actually contains. Using a spatula to apply it generously morning and night, I think it could easily last for two months. 3. Brightening effect After applying and letting it absorb, there seems to be a temporary brightening effect, possibly due to the glow it imparts. With long-term use, I think we can expect to see a noticeable improvement in complexion.
Cons1. Ingredients It's a bit disappointing that there are some potential allergens in the formula. However, I haven't experienced any allergic reactions in the week I've been using it, which is reassuring. Those with super sensitive skin should carefully consider this before making a purchase. 2. Texture and absorption It feels greasy and doesn't absorb well. I often wake up to find my hair stuck to my face after applying it before bed.

When I first opened the box, the cream's packaging reminded me of a takeout coffee cup - I found the design quite unique and appealing. I was pleased to see that it contains skin-friendly ingredients. After finishing my nighttime skincare routine with this cream, I noticed that when I washed my face in the morning, my skin felt like it had a protective layer. It's a thin, yellow cream with a consistency similar to an emulsion. This cream alone seems to add a protective barrier to the skin. It's deeply hydrating. On the first day of use, I noticed a blemish and wondered if it was due to the cream, but it turned out to be for other physiological reasons. After using the Honey Green Brilliant Cream for three days, all my blemishes subsided. Plus, you get a generous 90g of product.
ConsIf your previous skincare products haven't fully absorbed, this cream tends to sit on top of the skin, making application time-consuming. This made it a bit inconvenient for my morning makeup routine before work. The scent might be polarizing for some users.
TipI used the Wonder Honey Green Brilliant Cream after toner, ampoule, or essence. It's important to ensure that the previous layers are thin and fully absorbed before applying this cream.

I only used this as a night cream! Since it contains whitening ingredients, I thought it would be more effective to apply it at night! The texture isn't too sticky, but it's not super light either. It didn't feel heavy on my face though! I have combination dehydrated skin that lacks moisture, but this cream kept my skin from feeling dry! If you gently pat it in, it doesn't feel too sticky. It also doesn't leave a greasy film on your face. The scent is herbal... kind of natural! Personally, I like tea tree scents, so I enjoyed it! I appreciated that the fragrance wasn't too strong. It seems like a cream that's suitable for summer use too! Those with dry skin might find it a bit lacking in winter though.
ConsThe jar design is pretty, but it might be difficult to get the product out when it's almost empty... It takes a bit of time to absorb. When you first scoop out the cream, it has a translucent yellow tint, but as you spread it on your skin, it turns white. So you need to pat it in to help it absorb.
TipMake sure to gently pat it in for better absorption!

I have combination dehydrated skin that's become super sensitive skin lately due to the changing seasons. I was thrilled to win this, as I desperately needed a brightening moisturizer after getting too much sun this summer. To be honest, I can't speak to its brightening effects yet - I'll need to finish the whole bottle to really tell. The texture is somewhat thin but slightly sticky. As for the scent, it didn't bother me at all since I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances. The best part is that even though it's a brightening product, it's incredibly hydrating! I've run out of my usual moisturizer, so I've just been using this after my toner and essence. It provides enough hydration that I don't experience any deep dryness, which is great. While I'm not sure how it'll perform in fall and winter when my skin gets really dry, right now it's giving me the perfect balance of oil and moisture.
ConsI didn't experience any blemishes from this product. I did notice a few small bumps, but that could be due to my period. The only downside is that it absorbs a bit slowly, so you need to take extra care when applying it. Otherwise, it tends to pill on the skin.

I have dry skin, but lately I've noticed some oil on my nose area, so I think I'm transitioning to combination skin. I also have acne-prone and super sensitive skin! The product has a slightly yellow, thin emulsion-like texture. It comes with a spatula, which is hygienic and makes it easy to control the amount you use! When you apply it, it feels moisturizing, and after application, your skin feels firm and bouncy! A little goes a long way, so it feels like this will last forever. The design is cup-like, so it looks pretty on your desk without even looking like a cream! I'm not sure about the brightening effects yet. It'll take longer use to see those results, but for now...
ConsThe scent is a bit off-putting. It's fruity, but it feels like they've artificially added various fragrances to make it smell nice. Also, it contains two potential allergens, which is concerning. If your skin doesn't absorb it well, it can pill and leave white residue, which is a bit disappointing.
TipApply just a small amount and make sure it absorbs well for perfectly firm skin!

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.Pros*First review as a Hwahae Tester winner* First off, the key ingredient is niacinamide, which is known for its brightening effects. With consistent use, you'd likely see whitening results due to its properties, but the Hwahae Testers evaluation period was too short to say for sure. The moisturizing effect is excellent, so I'd recommend it for dry skin. The texture is unique - it's somewhat runny, so when you scoop it with the provided stick and hold it horizontally, it drips. But it also has a sticky consistency. Personally, I find it quite distinctive. After applying it to your face, the pale yellow cream becomes even lighter, leaving finger marks as you spread it, similar to using a cleansing foam. Following the instructions to gently pat it in makes the cream disappear. The scent is slightly sweet with hints of what seems like propolis (bee flavonoid) extract, perhaps due to the honey fermentation. I personally find the lingering fragrance (which you can still faintly smell after waking up) psychologically comforting, as if I'm actively working on brightening my skin. ------------------------------ Additional feedback after continued use: My complexion has noticeably improved. Personally, I find it effective.
ConsI personally don't like how it applies or absorbs. My skin is extremely oily, and no matter how little I use, it doesn't give a refreshing, absorbed feeling. Instead, it feels like there's a suffocating layer on my skin. The issues are more with usability than product quality. It's inconvenient that you have to scoop the product with a stick instead of pumping it out. I worried that improper hygiene with the stick could lead to blemishes, so I had to be diligent about keeping it clean. For the first few days, I applied too much product, leaving my face feeling greasy. However, I didn't experience any blemishes.
TipAlthough I haven't used it for long, here's a tip for those with oily skin: try applying it like a mask before bed, and in the morning, use an emulsion or cream designed for oily skin. If you have oily skin and apply this before heading to work, your face might be extremely greasy by the time you arrive at the office.
