A nostalgic cult favorite! Those from my generation have probably all tried it, but for those whose memories might be a bit hazy, I'm here to share my review as someone who's repurchased it multiple times even recently. There's a reason this BB cream is Missha's steady seller. Just one pump is enough to cover most blemishes. It never loses its coverage power and leaves your skin looking flawless. The texture is so hydrating that it's incredibly easy to apply - you can even slap it on with your hands and it won't look patchy. No need for fancy tools! And the best part? It's budget-friendly too! When it comes to drugstore BB creams, Missha seems to be the top dog. It feels like their red BB cream and this one are constantly battling for first place. The shade, though... While it's definitely light, it's not quite that ivory beige that's a touch brighter than your skin tone. Instead, it has a slight grayish tint that can make color makeup look a bit off... Today, I'm going all out with a cool-toned mauve makeup look. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 19, 2025
The Hwahae Testers were pleased that the container was hygienic. When mixed with the dry foundation, it added more moisture. The color was a bit smudgy, so it looked a bit uneven and not very pretty. The skin expression wasn't particularly pretty either. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinApr 3, 2025
The coverage is excellent and it adheres to the skin incredibly well. The staying power is also quite good. The color is too dark and has a grayish undertone, which is disappointing. It also feels drying on the skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 2, 2025
1. Among BB creams, this seems to cover pores the best! In the photo, the one on the right is the Missha BB. I think it's because the texture and absorption are on the richer side. 2. It offers great value for money! 3. A small amount is enough to cover your entire face. 1. For me, it was drier than I expected. 2. As you can see in the photo, the color has a slightly grayish tint. However, it's not as noticeable when applied to the skin. (Right side in the photo) I wouldn't recommend mixing it with foundation. Among BB creams, I'd recommend this as a standalone replacement for foundation! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 6, 2025
The creamy texture of this BB cream is truly unique compared to other brands. It blends beautifully with other products! The smooth application and pore-covering ability are exceptional. It has great longevity and makes your complexion look fantastic. However, I probably won't repurchase because even when mixed with other products, the color is extremely red and dark. I usually use shade 19, so I need to customize my base. While this product's strengths are its application and lasting power, which is why I'm still mixing it with other products, the color seems to ruin everything. It's a combination of grayish, dark, and reddish tones. The formula definitely stands out with its unique advantages, but the color is such a letdown. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinDec 26, 2024
It was decent, though it had a slightly ashy tone. Still, it's a solid choice considering the price. While it performed okay, there was a hint of an ashy cast. However, it's a reasonable option for its price point. Nothing particularly noteworthy - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinAug 13, 2024
Texture and Application: I've often found it difficult to apply foundation alone, as it can look patchy or uneven. However, when I mix this product with my foundation, it applies smoothly and my makeup looks flawless! The coverage seems to last longer when used together, and it even helps to minimize the appearance of pores. Color: I tried the Light Beige shade (No. 17). Initially, it gives a bright, luminous effect, but as time passes, it blends naturally with my skin tone. It doesn't appear overly light. For reference, I usually wear shade 21. When used alone, this BB cream tends to darken slightly over time. As expected with BB creams, there can be some darkening over time. However, I found that mixing it 1:1 with my usual foundation shade works well to counteract this issue. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 30, 2024
I've been using this BB cream consistently for several years now. The price is reasonable, the coverage is great, and it absorbs beautifully. I'm extremely satisfied and plan to keep using it in the future. The color is slightly dark, so after some time it tends to develop a grayish tint, which is a bit disappointing. It works wonderfully when mixed with a lighter foundation. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinFeb 24, 2024
It's great for a light application. When mixed with foundation, it seems to enhance the adherence to the skin. The grayish tint of the BB cream seems unavoidable. You need to mix it with foundation. You should mix it with foundation and gently pat it onto your skin using a damp sponge. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 11, 2023
I was so excited when shade 17 finally became available, and I bought it right away. I'm thrilled! Currently, I'm going foundation-free and only using BB cream, which I find fairly satisfactory. I've heard that it wears off beautifully, but I'm not sure about that. However, it applies smoothly and seems to even out my skin tone and cover blemishes to some extent. It's great for a foundation-free look, and I love that the color is light. When set with powder, there's minimal breakdown throughout the day. While there's no grayish cast, it does darken over time. My face gets progressively darker, unfortunately. As time passes, the color seems to fade away, probably because it's a BB cream. It doesn't cover pores well. I think I'll need to look for a brighter cushion foundation.
