It doesn't have much of a scent and feels like it doesn't rinse out very well. But if I had to pick one, this would be it.

I have a sensitive scalp and other shampoos always left my hair feeling dry and itchy, but this one is fine.

As it's a brand I've used for a long time, there aren't really any downsides! If I had to nitpick, it's that this brand doesn't offer a conditioner or treatment. (They did briefly release a treatment, but the packaging was a bit inconvenient!)

I've been using it for over 5 years. It lathers well and has good ingredients. I don't have the courage to switch to a different shampoo.

If you let it sit for a bit like a conditioner, it works well

After doing a pre-wash shampoo,
 I believe you will know when to use the main shampoo. 

The pre-wash shampoo doesn't really matter, so whether it's soap or shampoo,
any will do.

but then I got a sample of Miba online and really liked it, so I bought the product.
First of all, it's a natural shampoo, so I could trust it.
When I massage the clear liquid, it lathers up really well.
Wow, the lather is much more than I expected.
The more I massage, the more it lathers up.
The scent is also subtle and not artificially strong, which I liked.
I gently massaged it into my scalp pores, as if cleaning them.

I've been using it for 2 weeks now.
I used to get itchy and smelly by the end of the day at work, but lately I don't feel itchy at all and the dandruff has reduced a lot, haha.

The scent... I'm not sure, it seems like there's almost no scent. (There's no strong impression of it being unpleasant or nice when shampooing.)

These days, my scalp gets itchy a day or half a day after showering, so I'm testing out some shampoos that I received as samples or that are recommended. I tried using the T-Zero sample since I had it.
When the itchiness is severe, there are shampoos that make my scalp itchy even while drying my hair after washing. But the T-Zero lasted a day. As expected, the itchiness starts to come back in the afternoon the next day after showering.

The cleansing is about average? It's not extremely good, but it's not so bubbly that I have to wash it several times to use it.

If it's for treatment purposes, it's good to leave it on for about 1-2 minutes.^^

It seems like essential oils are used instead of fragrance, which I don't like.

True to its name as a natural shampoo, it has a very runny, watery formula. It just flows right down without creating much lather. You have to double shampoo to get a decent amount of foam. These are common drawbacks of natural shampoos, but I'm already used to them, so it's not a big issue.
The biggest downside is the stiffness!!!! I felt like I washed my hair with dish soap. Even after using this shampoo and then a conditioner, my hair still felt extremely stiff and was difficult to brush. 
My hair wasn't even split-ended or tangled, but after drying, it was just stiff and frizzy.

If you're using this shampoo specifically for scalp issues as the 'Trouble Zero' name suggests, it might be okay. But if you're just using it because it's a natural shampoo, thinking it would be good, you'll probably have to sacrifice your hair condition.

Since it was just a sample, I tried it a couple times, but if I had paid full price for this, I would have been very disappointed.

I applied for a sample from Mineral Bio and the sample set included a 20ml shampoo, so I started using this product.
Although I don't have any particular scalp issues, I've been using natural shampoos for over a year, so I tried the Mineral Bio product as an extension of that.
The good ingredients are a great advantage!!
