It's unscented and feels like it doesn't rinse out completely. If I had to find something positive, I guess that would be it.

As someone with a super sensitive scalp, other shampoos always left me dry and itchy, but this one is actually quite nice!

As a long-time user of this brand, I don't have any complaints! If I had to nitpick, I'd say it's that they don't offer a conditioner or treatment. (They briefly released a treatment, but the packaging was a bit inconvenient at the time!)

After doing a pre-wash shampoo,

First of all, it's a natural shampoo, so I could trust it.

When the itchiness is severe, there are shampoos that make my scalp itchy even while drying my hair after washing. But the T-Zero lasted a day. As expected, the itchiness starts to come back in the afternoon the next day after showering.

The cleansing is about average? It's not extremely good, but it's not so bubbly that I have to wash it several times to use it.

If it's for treatment purposes, it's good to leave it on for about 1-2 minutes.^^
