I have a sensitive scalp and other shampoos always left my hair feeling dry and itchy, but this one is fine.

I've been using this product for several years now and I like that it solves the shampoo and conditioner in one step.

Pros
I was able to use it during my pregnancy after confirming through Hwahae that it has no harmful ingredients!!
Cons
I wouldn't recommend it for those who prefer fragrance. It's almost fragrance-free, but if you want some scent left after shampooing, I wouldn't recommend it. And the evil price.. I always buy it when they have a 1+1 sale!

The ingredients are good and there is no thick, heavy feeling at all. It lathers well and the usage experience is good, so I have repurchase intent.

Although the product is expensive, I bought it because I trust that it is natural and will be good for my children to use. While it may not lather as well as a regular conditioner, it doesn't leave my children's hair feeling overly dry. It seems gentle enough for my children to use.

My scalp was itchy, so I looked around and found out it was likely seborrheic dermatitis caused by stress. I started using this shampoo and the redness and itchiness on my scalp have completely disappeared. Personally, I feel like I have more hair now. I'm continuing to use it.

I recently purchased the Miba new member event and have been using it for a little over 2 months now. Although I'm not an expert on cosmetics, I trusted this product because the Hwahae ingredient list shows 0 harmful ingredients. The result has been extremely satisfactory! Recently, I've been using this product as a hair pack instead of a weekly treatment, and I've stopped using rinses or conditioners. Using only regular shampoos made my hair too stiff, so I was considering using a rinse again when I came across this product. It's been wonderful. The packaging even states that it's a 2-in-1 rinse and treatment, and despite the lack of silicone, my hair feels incredibly soft after shampooing. I didn't expect it, but unlike regular mild shampoos or silicone-free shampoos, the lather is amazing. I can wash my scalp thoroughly without any discomfort, leaving me feeling refreshed.

It's really not drying at all I bought it initially because the ingredients looked good But I had severe itching, flaking, and stickiness Now I don't even have to scratch and the flaking has decreased! And before, I had to use a treatment and rinse just to get it somewhat soft But after using this Ti Zero, just shampooing makes it soft Brushing is possible (but just in case, I still apply a little treatment to the ends) And while the amount seems small, since my hair is long, I usually need 3 pumps of other shampoos to get a rich lather But with this, just 1.5 pumps gives an incredibly rich, fluffy lather And my mom also says my hair seems to be falling out less I can't even think of using another shampoo now I've already stocked up on another one haha, I feel so secure
