According to a dermatologist's YouTube video, to effectively remove blackheads, they recommended using a product containing salicylic acid along with retinol, which helps tighten pores. Driven by my desire to get rid of blackheads, I opted for the 1% retinol version instead of the 0.5%, even though it was more expensive. I purchased it to use alongside the salicylic acid-based skin product and niacinamide ampoule. I deliberated a lot over whether to get a booster, but ultimately decided on the treatment serum since it can be used on its own.
Cons
They said an adjustment period is required, and that after using it 3 times a week and seeing improvement, I could then use it daily. But I couldn't endure the adjustment period. Even though I don't have sensitive skin, I find it irritating when I apply it. I diligently used it, hoping it would reduce my pores, but my stubborn acne persists. Whenever I take a break and then use it again, the acne comes back. It's not an inexpensive product, so I'm quite disappointed... As I write this review, I see the price again and think I should give it another try soon.

The wrinkles become less visible immediately after using it. My family and I have been using it, and we have all experienced improvements, from minor to significant, in skin brightness, wrinkle reduction, and fading of dark spots.
Cons
Due to the poor ingredients, it caused breakouts. I ended up switching to a different retinol product. I couldn't tell any difference between this and the 10,000-20,000 won retinol 1% products. As I've gotten older, when I apply this kind of product, I can see immediate effects the next day. My skin definitely becomes smoother, my pores look smaller, and it has a plump, supple appearance.
Cons
The price is a bit burdensome. And you have to be careful not to get it in your eyes. A little bit got in my eyes, and the next day I had a ton of eye gunk.

You should use it with patience. It's 1% retinol, so don't apply too much. Slowly increase the amount, starting with just a little bit 3 times a week in the evenings. It will be effective.
