This shampoo not only cares for the scalp but also for the hair, making it particularly great for busy people who find it bothersome to use separate treatments and conditioners. It lathers well, and I didn't experience any itching or blemishes while using it. Being slightly acidic and containing mostly natural ingredients, it wasn't harsh even on my sensitive scalp. There were many times after work when I felt too lazy to do a full treatment, so it's comforting to know that this shampoo takes care of both scalp and hair at once. I feel reassured that I can just use this shampoo and maybe add some essence-type product. The salicylic acid content suggests it might also help with scalp care and combating hair loss. Overall, it felt like an easy-to-use, no-fuss product. The main drawback is definitely the price. As a salon-care product, it used to be available only in hair salons, but now I've found it can be purchased from their official online store. However, the larger size is priced in the $60 range, which is very high. As someone who uses a generous amount of shampoo, I find this price point quite burdensome. Also, the fragrance doesn't really suit my personal taste. It has a cosmetic-like scent, but I personally prefer more natural, aromatic, citrusy, or fresh scents, so I didn't particularly enjoy it. Effects on hair loss and scalp care are things you'd need to use the product for a long time to notice. As for the hair texture, it definitely feels less stiff when washing compared to regular slightly acidic shampoos, but once my hair is dry, I can't really tell much difference. They say it's best to shampoo twice. First, wet your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water, then do a quick initial wash, followed by a more thorough second cleanse. This is supposed to be the best method for your scalp.
