As someone with fine, brittle, and color-damaged hair, plus a sensitive scalp, I'm usually quite picky about shampoos. Poor choices can wreak havoc from my scalp to my hair ends. That's why I was cautious but intrigued when I decided to try the Graymatics Cuticle Shampoo based on recommendations. Let me tell you, the gentleness of this product is its standout feature! The lather is soft and abundant, and the fragrance is incredibly mild, making the whole shampooing experience a pleasure. What's even better is that after rinsing, my hair doesn't feel stiff at all. Instead, it's left soft with a subtle, lingering scent that's just delightful! While I've only used it a few times so far and would need to use it longer to see more significant differences, I'm absolutely thrilled with it at the moment. In the short time I've been using it, I honestly can't think of any downsides! Here's a tip: Instead of rinsing immediately, try leaving the shampoo on for 2-3 minutes while you wash your face or brush your teeth. It leaves your scalp feeling extra refreshed compared to rinsing right away. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 7, 2023
It lathers well even with a small amount, so the value for money seems decent. There's a slight cooling sensation on the scalp, making it great for summer use. As I have damaged hair, without treatment it usually feels like a broom right after rinsing. But with this shampoo, while not as effective as a treatment, it leaves my hair feeling a bit softer and rinses out nicely. The price is quite steep. It seems like it's only affordable when on sale. Due to the price, if you have an oily scalp like me, it might be good to use a cheaper shampoo for the first wash. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 7, 2023
📍All-in-one shampoo for maintaining perms and color-treated hair 🟠 Perfect for those with flyaway hair from frequent perms <What I loved> ✔️ Feels less drying when using, probably because it's labeled as a salon clinic shampoo ✔️ With 95% naturally-derived ingredients, it's gentle overall but still has great cleansing effectiveness ✔️ As an all-in-one shampoo, it's sufficient on its own during summer With its gentle ingredients and good cleansing power, I didn't find any downsides. I'd love to see it available in a larger size. It contains scalp care ingredients, so I leave it on for 3-4 minutes after shampooing. It feels like it's strengthening my hair roots. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 4, 2023
My current hair type is slightly naturally wavy with color-treated hair. This shampoo's benefits are noticeable even after just one wash. 1. Color vibrancy - It's often challenging to maintain the initial color of dyed hair, but this shampoo enhances the vibrancy of color-treated hair. You can visibly see the color looking more vibrant after washing and drying. 2. Curl definition - For those with fine hair, even permed curls can sometimes fall flat. This shampoo seems to bring out the hidden curls in your hair. It appears to add some bounce to the hair, making the curls more defined. 3. Lather - The shampoo itself has quite a high density and viscosity. It creates a rich lather with just a small amount, making hair washing easier. 4. Softness - Using just the shampoo alone not only enhances color but also reduces tangling. I found I didn't need to use a separate conditioner or treatment. Overall, this is an excellent product for washing hair before styling. It's particularly beneficial for those with fine, permed, or color-treated hair, as it adds more fullness and definition to your style. Those with sensitive eyes should be careful about getting the lather in their eyes while shampooing. While most foams can cause some discomfort if they get in your eyes, I found this one to be slightly more irritating than my usual product. Also, it would be nice if it came in a larger size. For best results, put a small amount of shampoo in your palm, add a bit of water to dilute it slightly, then massage it into your hair. This method works well with this high-density product and creates an even richer lather. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 12, 2021
I was recommended a protein shampoo because my hair was like a dog's fur. What I loved was that after shampooing and rinsing, there was no stiffness at all - my hair felt so soft. The scent lasted until the next day, and at the supermarket, a passing child even sniffed my hair, saying 'Auntie, your hair smells nice!' I bought 3 bottles after it was recommended as a natural shampoo. I only looked it up after using the third bottle because my scalp kept getting irritated and I strangely developed dandruff. I'm wondering why I suddenly got dandruff when I never had it before...
