  I have combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes and sensitivity. Using foam cleansers can be quite tricky for me. To be honest, I usually prefer foaming cleansers like Senka that leave my skin squeaky clean due to oiliness and acne. However, those always seem to trigger my eczema and cause irritation. So I decided to try this gentle foam cleanser. While it felt a bit slippery for my evening routine, which I didn't love, it worked really well for my morning cleanse.

  Because it's so gentle, it has a somewhat slippery feel. I wouldn't recommend it if you prefer a fresh, clean sensation.

  After trying Dajayeon's Houttuynia Cordata skin toner and serum and loving them, I decided to give their cleansing foam a try too. Since it's a low pH product, I bought it to use when my skin barrier was compromised and sensitive. Compared to my usual products, it felt gentler and more hydrating, with no irritation. It's perfect for those times when your skin is so sensitive that everything seems to irritate it. I love that it leaves my face feeling moisturized without any tightness after cleansing!

  Cons

  I'm used to slightly alkaline cleansing foams that leave my skin feeling squeaky clean, so I found it a bit disappointing that this one leaves a slightly slippery feeling afterwards.
