As I've gotten older, my skin has become drier, so I've made a habit of using this mild acidic cleansing foam daily. After washing, I definitely notice less tightness in my skin. It leaves a subtle glow and has a healthy, fresh scent. I love that it creates rich lather even with just a small amount. There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. It has decent cleansing power, making it great for a gentle face wash. Being a mildly acidic product, it doesn't give that super squeaky-clean feeling after washing. The cleanser offers a balanced cleansing effectiveness, perfect for those who prefer a softer approach to face washing. It's mildly acidic, yet surprisingly foams well even with a small amount. The finish is unexpectedly refreshing, which is quite impressive. My skin was suffering from unexplained folliculitis, so I stopped using my regular foam cleanser and decided to try this low pH one after hearing good things. My skin had become super sensitive, and my previous products were too irritating. Being low pH, this cleanser is truly gentle. I experienced no irritation whatsoever. The houttuynia cordata scent was familiar to me, and since that ingredient usually works well for my skin, I had no major issues. My skin is extremely sensitive but also oily, so if cleansing isn't thorough enough, I tend to get blemishes. This cleanser didn't lather well on my oily face, and even when I rubbed it vigorously between my hands, the foam disappeared upon touching my skin. As a result, I end up using a lot of product. Being low pH, its cleansing power isn't strong. I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily skin. When my skin was in better condition, I used it for morning cleansing, but I didn't use it when wearing makeup. It cleanses thoroughly without irritation. I've been using it without any blemishes. The lid doesn't close properly sometimes, allowing water to get in. It would be better if it had a secure snap-on lid. For effective cleansing, wet your face first and work up a rich lather.

There's a noticeable scent from the product, which is a bit of a letdown. Apart from that, it doesn't have any major drawbacks, but no outstanding benefits either. A gentle, moisturizing low-pH cleansing foam with no rough edges. Your skin will love it. The cleansing effectiveness is a bit weak, so you'll definitely need to double cleanse when wearing makeup.

It's great for both morning and evening use because of its gentle, low pH formula. It feels light on the skin. I don't think it's strong enough to remove makeup completely, so I'd recommend it as a second cleanser in your routine.
