ConsSmall amount, high price... If the value for money was better, I'd really make this a staple in my routine

It's versatile enough to apply with hands, cotton pads, or even as a mask - all three methods work well. The texture is water-like, but when applied by hand, you can feel a slight moisturizing effect. It's ideal for those seeking light hydration with a weightless formula.
ConsThe opaque container makes it difficult to see how much product is left, which is a bit disappointing.

With the entire basic skincare line laid out, my vanity feels like it's been decorated with cosmetics, haha! Getting to the point, I have sensitive combination skin. Given the gentle ingredients, I trusted it and tried it out. Fortunately, it didn't cause any blemishes on my face. The scent is really lovely too - not irritating or artificial, but more like a sweet tea fragrance. Usually, toners are just purified water plus something extra, but To Be Gan's toner uses hibiscus extract instead of purified water, which makes me think it's a truly robust toner. It has a water-like texture, so I used it as a toner pack to cool down after exercising. It was effective in soothing my skin! As the brand itself aims for vegan products, I'd like to recommend this to my friends who are just starting their vegan journey!
ConsIf there's anything to be disappointed about because it's so good, it might be the price...? But it's currently on sale!

With other toners, I'd wake up with an oily face and need to use a cleanser in the morning. But with this To Be Gan toner, I only need to rinse with water. It leaves just the right amount of moisture without needing foam cleansers, which seems to promote a healthy skin cycle. My sister, who has a lot of blemishes, is also using it and finds it non-irritating and effective.
ConsThere's nothing bad to say. I'm genuinely satisfied using this product.
TipThe To Be Gan cream is great too! It comes in a mint-colored container. It's a lightweight cream that still provides excellent hydration.

I used to stick with Round Lab's Dokdo Toner because it was gentle and had no downsides. This is my first time trying a Tobegun product, and initially, I was intrigued by its unique red appearance, which gave off a strong impression. But what really won me over as someone with sensitive skin is how gentle yet effective the formula is, packed with so many great ingredients! The fact that it's vegan, true to its name, made me trust it even more. Let me share my experience: despite its intense exterior, the toner itself is a thin, slightly tinted liquid. I personally love hibiscus, so knowing it contains hibiscus extract made me even happier! The most noticeable effect was on my skin texture! While I've never really felt the 'refined texture' claims from other products, using this along with the mint-colored cream truly smoothed out my usually uneven, rough skin. It became noticeably softer and more even-textured! I think its slightly acidic nature might be what helps improve the skin's texture. The second thing I loved was how well it absorbs! It doesn't just evaporate like alcohol, but you can feel it genuinely sinking into the skin quickly and effectively. It even calmed slightly irritated areas of my skin! The packaging is a matte bright red, which feels unique and special, almost like something you'd use in art class.
ConsThere's not much to complain about, but if I had to point something out, this toner isn't completely watery like the Dokdo Toner. It has a slight ampoule-like texture, leaving a tiny bit of stickiness after application. However, I found this actually helps the next cream adhere better, so it wasn't a problem. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I didn't feel any excessive oiliness at all!
TipI used this along with Tobegun's green cream from the same line, and they both worked great for my combination dehydrated skin during summer!

I love that the packaging is eco-friendly and attractive. The toner has a slightly reddish color, and while the scent might be a bit strong for some, it doesn't seem to irritate my skin. Rather than using it as an exfoliating toner, I prefer to pat it gently into my skin for better absorption.
ConsThe price point is a bit high for a toner, so I'll have to think carefully about repurchasing it.
