The Hwahae formula is quite unique - it's a blend of essence and cream. When applied, it initially feels lightweight, but as the formula mixes, a moisturizing sensation wells up, leaving the skin feeling supple. The scent is citrusy, and as it's a vegan cosmetic, it's gentle on the skin. When my skin is particularly dehydrated, I'll finish with the cream, and my complexion feels baby-soft the next morning. The formula is slightly runny, so even with the middle cap, if you don't stand the cream upright, there's a bit of a leaking feeling. Hmm, it's fine normally, but if you want to take it on a trip, it would be better to divide it into smaller portions to bring. And the scent is quite strong. You can feel it while applying it? It's something to be mindful of! I apply it with a solid foundation and a feeling of a moisture barrier. It seems to last longer if I apply an essence serum first before applying this, rather than just using it alone. Using it in combination is more effective than using it on its own.

This feels like a gentle moisturizer with great ingredients. The luxurious packaging brightens up my vanity. It provides just the right amount of hydration and has a soothing effect on the skin. When I first bought it, I wasn't sure if it was a moisturizer because of the words 'color cream' on the packaging. Perfect as a vegan-friendly moisturizer with gentle ingredients for hydration

The texture is moisturizing yet absorbs well, applying smoothly without feeling sticky. It's surprisingly light and refreshing, with a subtle cooling effect. The jade color complements the packaging design nicely. After application, it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or oily like some other creams do. While the surface doesn't feel overly moist to the touch, it seems to deeply hydrate my skin. I appreciate that it doesn't leave a slippery residue. The 50ml size is convenient for quick use! There's some pilling after application, possibly due to its quick absorption. Being sensitive-skinned, I noticed a slight tingling sensation - perhaps from the soothing ingredients? The fragrance reminds me of something familiar, similar to orange - a bit zesty? It's not really my preferred scent. Fortunately, the smell fades quickly, though a faint trace lingers. Try applying multiple thin layers as an overnight mask. When your skin feels flushed, keep it in the fridge and apply it cool for an extra soothing effect.

Oh, I love the cooling effect on my skin and the refreshing texture! It absorbs incredibly well. I apply it morning and evening, and there's zero stickiness. And can we talk about that packaging? The texture is like sorbet, and it glides on smoothly, though it feels like it sits slightly on top of the skin. It has a refreshing citrus scent. When using this sorbet-like formula, it initially feels a bit heavy, but as you spread it, it adheres nicely to the skin. Since all my previous products were unscented, the fragrance felt quite noticeable to me. True to its 'glow' name, it definitely gives the skin a dewy appearance after application. For me, the feeling of excessive dewiness was quite strong. It seemed to sit on top of the skin rather than being absorbed, making it feel just greasy on the surface. I think it might be too shiny for summer use, and yet it doesn't seem to provide enough deep hydration for winter, so I find it rather ambiguous. Some hydrating or moisturizing creams can cause makeup to separate or pill, but not this one! 💚 Ingredients Despite my sensitive skin, I used this without any blemishes popping up! I recently had some skin troubles, but when I applied a generous layer before bed, my skin looked much calmer by morning. It seems to have great soothing properties!
