It's gentle and has great cleansing effectiveness! I mainly use it for my morning cleanse and as a second cleanser. This is my second purchase. I have dry skin, and I love how moisturizing it is. There's no deep dryness after cleansing. I bought this on sale and I'm really enjoying it. It comes with a silicone brush, which is a nice bonus. As someone who rarely wears makeup, I find this product perfect for removing sunscreen that I apply morning and evening. I don't feel like it's significantly better than other products out there. Honestly, it wasn't bad at all. The granules weren't irritating to my skin. After washing, my face didn't feel squeaky clean, but rather smooth and soft like a baby's bottom! However, I felt the lather was a bit lacking. Instead of rich, fluffy foam, there was only a small amount of bubbles, which was slightly disappointing.
