Even after just one use, you can visibly see your pores shrink. The scent is like a subtle, fresh herbal aroma. When you spread the bond-like texture on your face, it instantly reacts to your body temperature, applying like a soothing gel and warming your skin. As you roll it, the salt granules provide a gentle massage. After cleansing, you can feel your pores have tightened. Remember, it's crucial to follow up with a cooling, calming care routine once you're done. The recommended time is 5 minutes. Be careful not to exceed 10 minutes, as it may start dripping and cause redness to appear. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJan 31, 2025
I use this once or twice a week, and despite having salt & sugar granules, it's not irritating at all. It rolls on gently, allowing for a mild exfoliation! The warming sensation helps cleanse pores and feels pleasantly warm. I've heard it's even more effective when used in the shower as your pores are more open! There's a subtle woody sauna-like scent that's absolutely divine! After rinsing with water, my skin feels surprisingly hydrated. The warming sensation doesn't last very long, which is a bit disappointing. It fades away quite quickly after application. I wish I could enjoy that comforting warmth for longer... While it's marketed as gentle, it's still a scrub that cleanses pores, so it's best to use it only 2-3 times a week! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 25, 2025
Silly me, I forgot to take a photo right after using it! The texture is semi-transparent and very elastic, applying more smoothly than I expected. If you leave it on for a bit and then roll it, the salt granules dissolve and eat away at dead skin cells. As impurities clump together, it turns white as shown in the photo. After rinsing, your skin definitely feels more refreshed and squeaky clean. It also creates an excellent base for makeup. Some wash-off masks take forever to rinse, but this one dissolves well in water. It doesn't clog the sink and washes off easily - a big plus! It's a tad pricey? While everyone's perception differs, even though I was satisfied with the quantity and effectiveness, looking at the price alone does make it seem a bit expensive. Rather than using a mask brush, it's better to apply it with your hands from the start. The heat from your hands makes it spread more smoothly and is great for rolling too. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJan 19, 2025
Usage period: About 2 weeks Texture: Gel-type with granules Skin type: Wide pores and blemish-prone skin Simple application method - apply to face before showering. It has a pleasant cypress scent and although it contains granules, it's not irritating. Skin has a noticeable glow after use. The price point is a bit on the higher side, which can be burdensome. However, it would be great to purchase during sales if you time it right. Make sure to apply it before showering for best results! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 6, 2024
It's a sticky blue pack with salt granules. You can apply it using the included spatula or scoop it with the spatula and spread it with your fingers. Using the spatula gives an even application but might feel a bit harsh, while applying with hands seems less abrasive as your body heat softens the salt. After application, you'll feel a warming sensation. It's perfect to use right after a body wash, as the timing works out well for rinsing. When washing it off, add a bit of water to gently dissolve the salt granules, reducing irritation. Afterwards, your skin feels warm and smooth, like after a sauna session, with dead skin cells effectively removed. This is great to use the night before when you need your skin to look its best the next day or when you want a smooth canvas for flawless makeup application! Given the salt granules, those with thin or sensitive skin might find it more irritating. After use, your skin temperature rises and you might experience some redness. If you're prone to redness, it could be more pronounced, so it's best to use with caution. I always follow up this pack with a cooling sheet mask. Since the salt granules have exfoliated the skin, the mask's absorption is enhanced. This boosts the soothing and hydrating effects while also cooling down the skin that's been warmed up by the sauna pack. I find this combination incredibly satisfying! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 3, 2024
I was amazed by the warming sensation as soon as I applied it! You can feel the salt particles, but they weren't overly irritating. When rolling it on, the salt seemed to dissolve, so I didn't feel many granules. The recommended usage is to apply the mask and then wash it off or take a half-body bath, but when I used it that way, I was worried the mask might run into my eyes from my forehead! To prevent the mask from running into your eyes, it seems you should only apply a small amount to your forehead. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSep 14, 2024
This is excellent as a sebum softener. I have pretty severe blackheads, but when I apply it just to my nose and then remove the lifted sebum with a scrubber afterwards, it works perfectly. It feels like applying sticky salt granules to your skin. After a short while, you start to feel a warming sensation. I was pleasantly surprised to find it even takes care of dead skin cells. It is on the pricey side. However, I only used it on my nose, which made it last longer, and the effectiveness is really good. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinSep 11, 2024
I had high hopes for this thermal salt pack, and it didn't disappoint! The scent is lovely, and you don't even need the included spatula - a silicone pack brush works just as well. You can feel the warmth as soon as you apply it. My routine is to use it after cleansing in the shower, once I've completely dried my face. I leave it on for 5 minutes while I continue showering, then roll it off. It seems to exfoliate dead skin cells effectively, and the warmth is so comforting. Despite the salt granules, I didn't experience any irritation. Those with super sensitive skin might find it a bit irritating. The more I use it, the more I love it. The warmth makes me want to use it daily in the shower, but I'm restraining myself to avoid potential skin irritation. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 5, 2024
As someone who loves saunas, I was curious to try this pack that promised similar effects. I'm pleased to say it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth! The salt granules are small, and the sticky texture contains moisturizing ingredients like royal jelly and prunella, making it gentle on the skin. It's even less irritating if you wet your face thoroughly before scrubbing at the end. Among scrub products, this seems to be on the gentler side. While it may not be the most effective for dead skin cells removal or sebum control, it does leave your skin feeling wonderfully soft. Some sticky, moisturizing products can leave a slippery residue, but this salt pack rinses off cleanly, leaving your skin smooth without any lingering feeling. You can feel a slight warmth as soon as you apply it, and if you put on a slightly thicker layer, the heat sensation lasts longer. No need to apply too much though, as it might drip off! I was worried about the heat potentially causing blemishes, but I didn't experience any. Instead, it worked as a gentle exfoliator, leaving my skin looking fresh and clean. It's great for maintenance! It's also convenient to use - just apply before showering and rinse off afterwards. If you're concerned about the warming effect, you can pop a sheet mask in the fridge for a bit after your shower for the perfect cool-down. It's not particularly outstanding for dead skin cells or sebum control. However, it's non-irritating and leaves your skin soft, making it great for weekly maintenance. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinJun 27, 2024
This mask pack contains thick, chewy salt granules that immediately create a warming sensation when applied. I've used it both during showers and at other times, and I found it more effective in the shower when pores are more open. Usually, I'm not keen on wash-off packs as they can be cumbersome, but I appreciated that this one can be used in the shower. While using this product, I noticed my skin texture became softer, possibly due to the moisturizing deep cleanse, though I didn't see much effect on my pores. I'd recommend this salt mask for exfoliation to those who feel their skin is congested and makeup isn't adhering well lately. When I first used it, I felt a slight burning sensation and redness on my face. Although this feeling disappeared after several uses, those with super sensitive skin should use it cautiously.
