The ointment has a slightly runny texture, but after applying it, my skin feels plump and supple the next day.. This is an amazing product!

Pros
I had given up on retinol creams for a while because the irritation was too severe when I used the Retin-A cream. However, I heard that the Mamonde products have less irritation and decent effects, so I purchased one with some skepticism and have been using it for 3 days now. Compared to other retinol creams, this one is very gentle and has a nice application. As for the wrinkle improvement effects, it's still too early to say, so I'll have to use it more to see the results.
Cons
First of all, it is extremely matte for my extremely dry skin. The texture is like I've applied a primer. Even though I normally use 7 layers of toner and 3 layers of ampoules, it still causes my skin to feel dehydrated. I've tried applying more toner and ampoules, as well as using a generous amount of moisturizer, but the dehydration issue hasn't been resolved.
Tip
No matter how much toner, ampoule, and moisturizer I apply, when I finally put on the retinol cream at the end, it dries out my skin again. For dry-skinned people, don't apply the retinol cream as the last step. Instead, apply the retinol cream first and then follow up with a moisturizer. I found that applying the Physiogel DMT + Eucerin Aquaphor after the retinol cream finally helped control the dryness. Now I'm just waiting for the wrinkle improvement effects to kick in.

My skin is sensitive, I have breakouts and inner dryness. There is often excess oil on the surface.
